It was a double day in court for Britney's lawyer with a custody hearing going on now and this morning he was in asking for a continuance until January on the charges of Brit driving without a license. The city attorney suggests that Brit be given 12 months of probation, meaning she could be put in jail for any minor traffic infraction. Her lawyer thinks she should walk away with a ticket. In the past month Brit's been seen running a red light and just this weekend there's video of her running 3 stop signs in a row on Saturday night. On Wednesday, the couple got all decked out in their spots gear to participate in yet another of Justin's favorite activities — golf. This time around, a source is accusing Paris of trying to sell pirated photos of Nicole Richie's baby shower. The photos were never sold but a source claims that they look set up and most of them feature Paris's smiling face. We know these girls strike deals with the paparazzi but would Paris really ruin Nicole's exclusive other deal with InStyle for some pocket change (to her at least) — especially since these two have a recent, rocky relationship?

Bilson's got quite the boot collection — high, short, cowboy — but these ones look pretty new. I'm missing Rachel on Chuck already, but the show must go on.
