Britney Spears looked a little worried pulling into the Four Seasons hotel with Sam by her side last night. She's been laying pretty low this week, after even more rumors about why she failed her drug test (which is now apparently because of her ADD meds) and that she was off in Vegas last weekend getting liposuction. Unfortunately, she couldn't keep a low profile forever, especially when she ran over another photographer's foot. She's getting good at that. We'll be seeing her tomorrow, too, because she is expected in court for another emergency hearing called by Kevin and his lawyers after the failed drug test. The timing isn't great for Brit, since it's forcing her to cancel her new music video shoot, though there were stories that they were looking to shoot it with a body double anyway. Considering how manufactured her voice is on the album, why is that not surprising?

Jay-Z might have been flashing two fingers as he passed the photographers on his way to TRL on Monday, but as of yesterday he's #1. As projected last week, his album inspired by American Gangster took the No.1 spot on the Billboard charts last week, knocking the Eagles down a notch while Britney's Blackout dropped to a disappointing No. 7. We wish a big congratulations to Jay on his success — this marks his 10th #1 album to date!

Kirsten Dunst isn't exactly known for her healthy lifestyle, but from the looks of things she might be on a wellness kick. After a (sweaty) session with her trainer in LA on Wednesday morning, Kirsten was spotted with lettuce, smartwater, and diet soda — not exactly the makings of a balanced meal, but hey. Now that she's completed both her Glamour short film and How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, her next project is the film Sweet Relief, in which she plays an aid worker helping Afghani and Iraqi victims. Not quite the romantic roles we're used to seeing Kirsten in, but maybe she's in the mood for some heavy drama.

Julia Roberts looks stunning all sprawled out in a dream-like photoshoot for the December Issue of Vanity Fair. We got a preview of the cover girl talking about her love for Danny Moder and appreciation for Natalie Portman, but she also dished about the environment, balancing her life between her family and career and who she wants to share the big screen with. Here are more highlights:

- On who she'd like to star in a movie with::
"I would like to work with Johnny Depp. I've known him a long time. I think he's so interesting and I think we look alike in a funny way. So Johnny Depp. Johnny Depp and I will play brother and sister in something."
- On talking to her kids about her job:
"I don't. I haven't had to. I just say, 'Mommy's going to work,' and they know that my work somehow involves a trailer. But when I played Joanne Herring, we had done some portraits of me, copying pictures of Joanne, to use around her house. So I brought home this picture of me in this emerald-green gown, and I have these big diamonds on and the nails and the whole thing. The picture was sitting on the dining-room table, and Finn and Hazel came to dinner, and Hazel said, 'Oh, look at that picture. Cuckoo Mommy.' I couldn't believe she even knew it was me."
Sounds like Julia's little ones are already smart little cookies just like their mom. As for working with Johnny we hope Hollywood is listening because the two of them together would be box office gold.

While she's not the star of the film, I must say that fresh off her morning of charity Rachel Bilson stole the show in her strapless blue and white dress at last night's Manhattan premiere of the thriller Awake. She was out to support her boy, Hayden, who is in the movie alongside Jessica Alba, who herself was dateless. Sadly it looks like R-Bils and Hayden are taking their cues from the Affleck-Garners and didn't do the red carpet thing. Hopefully, they won't keep it up when they have their own movie, Jumper to promote. Awake looks a little intense for my Thanksgiving tastes (eesh being awake during surgery and not able to tell your doctor, who is actually trying to kill you), but hopefully it's a hit for Jessica and Hayden. Judging from their red carpet smiles, at least it looks like they must have had fun together making it.
