Some of Britney's legal issues were put to rest this morning as her hit-and-run charge was dismissed in court, and she pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving without a valid California license. Tomorrow Brit's custody case continues and while she's not required to attend, the judge strongly urged that she show up. In the past Britney has been known to show up late (or not at all), so tell us — do you think she'll go to court tomorrow?
Apple and Moses Martin made the trip to Barcelona to spend some time with their mom while she's working on her PBS food show with Mario Batali. Between living and eating her way through Spain and finding time to share it with her family, we have to say that Gwyneth has a pretty sweet life right now. Apple already seems to have her own sense of adventure and we can't believe how big Moses is getting — love his cardigan and his Converse.
Pushing Daisies Rundown: Episode 4, "Pigeon" Poor Ned. The man who's so afraid of intimacy solved some of his problems when he brought his childhood sweetheart back to life, but this episode of Pushing Daisies revealed the hard part of having Chuck back.
Yeah, that's not palindrome, is it? John Mayer looked in slightly better spirits as he got dropped off at LAX yesterday, tipping his limo driver with a skip in his step as he entered the terminal. He may not be smiling from ear to ear, but at least he doesn't look like he really really needs a hug. He's probably just ready to get back to his home (and little intimate club shows) in NYC. That being said, he looks like he would give a good hug being all tall and broad. What can I say, there's just something about a guy and a guitar that's a little bit swoon city.
Jen and Violet wore matching smiles on a coffee run yesterday in NYC. The ladies met up with friends which includes a potential blonde boyfriend for Violet. He may be a bit older but she's growing up fast and who can resist those adorable dimples? Good thing Ben wasn't around to play overprotective daddy. What celebrity baby would you like to see Violet matched up with?
The Ebell Club in LA got a little bit more green last night as it held the 17th annual Environmental Media Association Awards. The event honors the entertainment industry's environmental efforts from films to TV shows to actors/actresses committed to the cause. This year's honorees include Sienna Miller, who didn't make it to the event, Happy Feet, episodes of My Name is Earl and Numb3rs along with...wait for the surprise...Al Gore! Never saw that last one coming. Cuties from Ugly Betty, Michael Urie and Ana Ortiz, joined other TV stars like Zachary Quinto, Jamie Lynn Sigler and Emily Deschanel on the red green carpet. Oh yes, lest we forget the yummy central Gerard Butler. Is it getting hot in here or is that Global Warming? Yowza. The show will air on E! November 7, 2007 at 8pm.
To see a whole bunch more from the awards including Amber Tamblyn, Debbie Matenopoulos, Corbin Bleu, Giuliana DePandi, Natasha Henstridge, Soleil Moon Frye (be Punky for Halloween!), Blythe Danner, Joel McHale and others just read more
Who Wore It Better? Leopard-Print Scarf It doesn't take a rocket scientist to catch on to the latest leopard scarf craze. The trend is by no means a new one (Kate wore the red Louis Vuitton one back in January), but there has been a recent resurgence.
Rihanna bundled up for her appearance on The Late Show and looked perfectly chic while waving to her New York fans. She kept things simple in all black but mixed patterns and textures to create a unique look.
