Ugh, Mary-Kate, not the best look ever. So MK didn't look entirely clean at last night's Christie's and Vanity Fair Post-War and Contemporary Art Party in London, but I will always give my girl (in this case begrudgingly) golf claps for staying true to her personal style. Speaking of personal style, or lack thereof, and little MK, definitely check out Casa's post on Westlake District of Daly City, CA, the inspiration for "Little Houses" the Weeds theme song. Little houses, on a hillside, little houses made of ticky tacky. I'm not sure there's ever been a song that has moved from loathed to loved so quickly in my heart. The weekly renditions of it are one of my favorite parts of the show, and the pictures of the houses that inspired it are so fun to see. Yay (and extra yay for MK, because they make her wear color on the show).

Audrina and LC headed to LAX yesterday, perhaps in search of a more exciting destination to shoot The Hills. The show has definitely become a pretty big guilty pleasure for us, and we have to admit that we're curious about what really goes on behind the scenes. TV Guide recently sat down with the cast and the exec producers of the show to get some of the juicy details. Here are highlights:

- Once and for all, is the show staged?
Yes and no. "Who I am on the show is who I am in real life," Audrina Patridge says. "What you see is what you get." But it wasn't just a coincidence that friends-turned-enemies Lauren and Heidi Montag went to the trendy restaurant Ketchup on the same night. "Lauren and Jason [Wahler] were going there, and Heidi and Spencer [Pratt] wanted to celebrate their anniversary," says exec producer Adam DiVello. "Ketchup was one of the spots Spencer wanted to go to, so it just sort of worked out. It wasn't planned on our behalf, but it is a little fake."
- Is Heidi and Spencer's relationship a sham?
Not according to DiVello. "They're very much in love when I see them," he says. "They're a real couple and definitely engaged. It's not staged for the sake of our show. If they've got something else going on, we've yet to see it."
This information isn't really shocking, obviously most reality shows have to be scripted to a certain extent. Too bad about Heidi and Spencer though — we were kinda hoping that in real life Heidi was smart enough to realize that her boyfriend is a you know what and that it was all an act to get famous.

Kingston definitely looked like he was leading the way in his precious little cardigan toddling around Stockholm, Sweden this afternoon. His belt is kinda what makes the look too cute for words, right? Sadly, hot Gavin was nowhere in site for the mommy/son playtime, but I'm sure we'll see him and his casual shirt buttoning ways soon enough. Kingston can't move too fast with his tiny short legs for now, but it's good to see she ditched her heels so she can keep up better with her little man as he makes a break for it.

Kate Hudson stopped by Ellen yesterday to chat about and promote her short film, Cutlass but of course she couldn't help gushing about Ryder just a little.
She talked about how Ryder cracks her up and how he thinks the "posparazzi" are going to end the world. Kate also explained what we've been dying to know - why she doesn't cut that hair? As expected, he wants to keep it long like his Daddy's which is cute but apparently he was ready to cut it off if he could get a mohawk so Kate decided maybe the hair cut could wait for now. We're thinking Ryder and Maddox Jolie-Pitt should have a playdate.

Adrian Grenier found himself a few blonde galpals (well, one in particular enjoyed the playful headlock) during a Good Charlotte concert in Sydney Australia last night. I wonder if he hopped backstage to visit Nicole, who joined Joel on his down under tour. Adrian is cute, as usual, but those green eyes aren't enough to distract from his gross looking hair. He's been known to let his hair situation get a bit out of hand during his Entourage hiatus, but the grease is a bit much. I'd hate to put him on manjoyment probation, but this is just not cutting it, Vinny.
