Lindsay may be a ball of sunshine hanging out in Utah but the rehabbin' starlet is simply enjoying her new sober fun (love that term) lifestyle. Having daddy in town seems to have made LL one happy little girl. We're loving the bright yellow dress, which is clearly reflecting her mood these days and of course just reiterating the fact the Lohan stays up with the latest and greatest trends.

Just one night after his LA premiere of Lars and the Real Girl, Ryan was showing it off in NYC. I was lenient with Ryan's first red carpet look, but this is kind of unfortunate. Though, golf claps for following through with the unique gray suit trend? I'm going to go ahead and blame jet lag for most of this. I can usually get behind the scruffy bearded look, so hopefully it'll be back to dreamy soon for Ryan. Meeting him on the red carpet was the movie's director Craig Gillespie and co-star Patricia Clarkson along with Amy Sedaris, whose quirkiness fits in perfectly with this movie. I'm especially excited to see the stars of two of my very favorite shows on the red carpet — Katrina Bowden from 30 Rock (back tonight! Yay!) and Connie Britton & Kyle Chandler from Friday Night Lights (back tomorrow! Double yay!).

Jennifer Garner definitely turned a few heads in her hot pink mermaid number at the Paris premiere of The Kingdom. Seriously, between the color of her dress and that huge grin on her face we barely even notice Jamie Foxx standing there next to her. That being said, Jennifer claims she would've been even happier to skip Paris entirely and just hang out in her hometown of Charleston, West Virginia. She said,

"I would much rather wake up and go to Taylor Books tomorrow and sit, drink coffee and read the newspaper rather than go to Paris," Garner said in a quick telephone interview that took place while she was riding to the airport. It's just the overall feel of it there. The green's there, the people walking down the street. Anyone that doesn't live there or isn't from there just can't understand it."

Jennifer has always struck us as kind of a homebody, so it doesn't surprise us that she prefers the south to Europe. That being said, she definitely gets points for putting on her happy face and looking fabulous while doing it.

What's this? American Idol on screen "rivals" Simon Cowell and Ryan Seacrest enjoying the pool and some frosty beverages at a Miami hotel? Why yes, yes it is. These photos are infinitely hilarious...and I love it. To be fair, there was a female companion, but it's way more fun to think of these two just having some guy time together. Obviously Simon and Ryan are having fun exchanging jabs with each other on AI and in the press, but when it gets down to it they're kinda just buddies. I bet that banter is classic.

Britney Spears skipped out on the court hearing yesterday where she temporarily lost full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Maybe she knew she was going to get terrible news but it's not like she stayed indoors to hide. Nope, Britney and her pooch went for a coffee run in the Valley. As for the rest of the Britney round up, well here it is:

• OK Magazine begins the rumors that the starlet is headed to rehab this weekend.
• Extra reports Alli moved out of Britney's house (moving truck and all).
• However, TMZ reports Britney ended up at The Four Season hotel last night with her cousin Alli. They asked for a private room.
• Britney's record label Jive who is still planning on a November 13th release date speaks out: "It's not Jive's place to fashion a public-relations campaign with respect to Britney's personal issues," label spokesman Allan Mayer said, "but Jive does care about her and does support her. Britney's a grown woman, and she makes her own choices, and we respect that. But she's been at a disadvantage [without a consistent team], and obviously that makes it harder to cope."

There always seems to be an endless amount of Britney stories to fill our day. Now if only she would channel that energy into something more positive like her family, career or charity (hey Paris is doing it!) then maybe we'd feel good about covering her every move.

John Mayer and his new girlfriend Minka Kelly slipped back into their workout gear for some romantic fitness time. These two sure do love to coordinate their outfits, although we doubt that John is sporting lululemon pants like Minka's. As much as we somehow grew to liking Jessica and John together, these two seem like a much better fit. The smile on his face and interaction with Minka is way more engaging than when he was with Jess.
