Gisele Bundchen touched down in Sydney yesterday, and wasted no time diving right into the Australian culture. She stopped by Healesville Sanctuary to get up close and personal with the adorable (and probably not as cuddly as they look) koalas. It looks like she got some pretty sweet souvenirs on her hot Lumix digital camera before heading to the Amazon Basin to launch her Ipanema footwear collection. Jude Law tried to cover up his bad new haircut with a fedora, but it really didn't help him regain his hotness promoting and premiering Sleuth in NYC yesterday. He kept the mismatched hat (I guess that's the thing these days) but changed his undershirt between taping the Late Show With David Letterman and attending the NYC premiere of his movie. Blech, so smarmy. Where is The Holiday Jude when you need him?

Brad was spotted leaving the set of Burn After Reading yesterday while George was seen spending some down time relaxing on a break from shooting (hot gold necklace buddy). You guys decided that George is more irresistible than Brad, but we know that our lives would be a little empty without Mr. Pitt. In this week's issue of Parade, Brad gets real about how he got into the movie industry in the first place. Here's more:

• "Saturday Night Fever was a big influence on me. I snuck in to see it when I was underage. It wasn't the dancing and the music I'm referring to, it was this culture of families who argued at the dinner table and popped each other in the face! It was this whole other way of people relating to each other that I found really interesting."

Well, we're probably speaking for almost everyone when we say that we're certainly glad that Brad became an actor. Besides, if there were no Brad, then Clooney would be in need of a new hot sidekick.

Lindsay Lohan is still in rehab and from the looks of things she is not going anywhere any time soon. She was seen getting a jumpstart on her Halloween plans by picking out a pumpkin. The girl is always on top of the latest must have trend. We know LL is a huge fan of dressing up for Halloween but we're thinking she'll be celebrating very differently this year. It feels like she's been recovering forever in Utah but that's a good thing. Daddy Michael Lohan has even arrived for a second visit of healing. Perhaps they'll get all nostalgic and carve her pumpkin like the good old days. Whatever it takes, we're all for LL's sober fun new lifestyle - even if it includes creepy daddy.

OMG you guys, Britney finally did something right! She had herself chauffeured over to the DMV to finalize some paperwork and pick up an interim license yesterday. A representative from the DMV said, "She has fulfilled her requirements for a California driver's license... Ms. Spears actually took and passed a written test in April... She was fingerprinted and photographed yesterday. She will be issued a formal license in the mail soon."

It's a step in the right direction, and now she can drive along side her cute boys. Not having a valid California license was one of the many reasons that Britney lost her baby boys in the first place and even though you all don't feel sorry for her, maybe she is starting to realize she is not above the law. Now if only she would stay in at night and work on signing up for those parenting classes. That would certainly make the judge happy.

There were rumors over the weekend that she and Joel had set a wedding date in mid-October, but his tour schedule quickly put those to rest. That being said, Joel did express his desires to marry Nicole, so I wouldn't put it past them to plan something very sneaky. After all, considering how this baby news came out — they're definitely capable of surprising the world.
