Isla and Sacha kept it active with a nice little walk close to their LA home this weekend. She looks surprisingly spry considering the size of that baby bump! As for Sacha, he may be covering up with a big ol' beard, but something about him — tall, broad — is just so hot. We've been seeing a looooot of pregnant Isla these days, but there can't be too much longer before we're cooing over the new baby rather than the soon-to-be-parents.

Ben Affleck looks seriously sexy on the cover of the November issue of Details. He's been hard at work on the set of He's Just Not That Into You, but next up for Ben is his directorial debut in Gone Baby Gone, which is already getting rave reviews. In the article, Ben gets real about how his life has been affected by the media, and what this movie means for his career. Here are highlights:
- On his relationship with Jennifer Lopez: “It was probably bad for my career. What happens in this sort of bleed-over from the tabloids across your movie work. You go to a movie, you only go once. But the tabloids and Internet are everywhere. You can really subsume the public image of somebody. I ended up in an unfortunate crosshair position where I was in a relationship and [the media] mostly lied and inflated a bunch of salacious stuff for the sake of selling magazines. And I paid a certain price for that. Then, in concert with some movies that didn’t work…”
- On his career: “I feel like (Gone Baby Gone) is the linchpin for my life. My career. I have a lot riding on it. I want [the film] to work. Badly. I mean, a sh*tty movie comes out on 2,800 screens? I’ve been there and it’s embarrassing..... That’s why there’s something really great about directing—about having authorship over something. If you don’t like this movie, I’m the guy to see. I’m the guy to criticize. I take some measure of comfort in that. It’s fair, at least.”
It sounds like Ben is taking his movie very seriously, which only gives us more faith in his finished project. Besides, even if this film doesn't make his career we bet Ben would be more than happy to go into hibernation with Jen and Violet for a while.

A judge ruled this morning that Kevin Federline will gain custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James starting on Wednesday. L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order saying Kevin, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court." According to Life & Style, Kevin's lawyers went into court today after Britney was seen driving around with her boys this weekend and we all know she does not have a valid California license. After months and months of awful stories and news about Britney, this just makes me so sad to read. I just honestly hope that SP and JJ are safe, sound and taken care of by the most capable person around.

Ryan Phillippe is playing Mr. Mom these days and even a trip to the supermarket is full of fun times. Ava and Deacon have been a few of our favorite celebrity babies to watch grow up and WOW have they gotten big. It seems like just yesterday adorable Deacon was learning to throw a football and these days he's strutting down the street with his hands in his pockets - so cute. Reese is about to hit the promotional circuit for Rendition, which opens up on October 19th so we bet the kids will be with Ryan for a few weeks. Hopefully, we'll see more of Ryan and Reese's mini-mes since they always put a smile on our faces.
