Last night in LA Ben Stiller and lots of cute ladies came out for the premiere of his latest comedy, The Heartbreak Kid. Christine Taylor looked beautiful in basic black along with her husband's costars Malin Akerman and Michelle Monaghan while Emmanuelle wins best dressed for standing out from the pack in her cute nude mini dress. The film reunites Stiller with The Farrelly Brothers (hello Something About Mary). Ben's been busy directing Tropic Thunder in Hawaii and just recast Owen's role with Matthew McConaughey. Ben recently talked to Ellen about his good friend and said, "He's doing really well. "I sort of like to protect his privacy, 'cause I feel like it's his own thing. But he's a really good friend of mine. He's an incredible guy and I wish him as everybody does, all the best."

Matt Damon fresh from a recent do good trip to Africa was back home in Miami. He hit the golf course looking like quite the player in his golf attire. It's not his best look but what can we say, we're still a huge fan. It's great that he is able to enjoy his down time since he has a lot on his plate to come. The most recent news was about Matt teaming up with Sean Penn in the Harvey Milk project. This may have had something to do with Matt recently giving Brad Pitt his leftover role due to scheduling conflicts. He's also in discussions to star in and finance the Nelson Mandela film with Morgan Freeman and Clint Eastwood. It all seems so serious so a casual golf game seems like the perfect thing to do during his time off.

Nicole showed off some sky-high wedges, a skull scarf and a white Valentino bag grabbing lunch at Joan's on 3rd. Most of you have warmed up to the idea of Nicole as a mom and yesterday she proved herself to be responsible once again. She signed up for her court ordered 18 month anti drinking-driver course, which includes classes, counseling and bi-weekly progress interviews. Back when she was sentenced, she was told she must attend alcohol education class, but it's good to see she's taking the judge's ruling seriously (more than we ever could have said about Paris). Hey, maybe she'll learn something.
The couple has about four months until the big arrival, but potential names must already be in play. Both Nicole and Joel are on the decline in the name trend game, but who knows, maybe they want a Jr? Considering the nontraditional manner of their courtship, however, they'll probably choose a "Hollywood" name (read: crazy). After a favorite inanimate object, Wayfarer Richie-Madden perhaps?

Jennifer has been making the rounds in NYC promoting The Kingdom including a stop on Live With Regis & Kelly yesterday. She talked about how starstruck she got working with Kevin Kline on her new Broadway show, how Ben plays Mr. Mom, and of course how much she's enjoying showing Violet around New York — she even gave a shout out to the park! Between her family, new movie and Broadway debut, Jen had so much to gush about that she even had to knock on wood a few times.
