Despite stories that Lindsay Lohan would be staying in rehab at Cirque Lodge until at least October 15th, this morning's Gatecrasher reports that friends say she'll be busting out of there this weekend. Lindsay has been at Cirque since the first weekend in August and while there has gotten out of her jail time, reconciled with her father and been accused of breaking up a marriage (which her rep denies). Not bad for being all the way in Utah.

Plus, she seems to be in good spirits these days, maintaining her trademark attitude over the weekend in this sassy "Don't Follow Me" jacket and later a sticker on her ass that says "Hello My Name Is: Sober Fun!" Hopefully these are all good signs for LL, and if she does decide to leave Cirque Lodge this weekend she can keep herself sober, healthy and happy wherever she decides to live.

Matilda got a free shoulder ride around New York this weekend courtesy of her daddy. Even though Heath may be moving on from Michelle with Helena Christensen or any other group of young cute girls wanting to hang out with him at his new soho apartment - it's clear the number one girl is his life is little Matilda.

As for Heath himself, even out of his beloved Wayfarers, he's still not looking as good as he once did. However, that doesn't seem to be hurting his many opportunites with the ladies. Besides, we's rather focus our attention on his mini-me and her adorable pink hat. (Note to self - get one of those for Katie.)

Kiefer had a little too much fun at the Fox Fall party last night. TMZ reports he was pulled over and arrested for suspicion of a DUI in West Hollywood early this morning and apparently his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. He was booked and has been released on $25,000 bail. This is Kiefer's second DUI so if he's convicted he'll be required to go to jail for at least five days. He's scheduled to appear in court October 16.

Liv Tyler took Milo to watch his grandpa rock out at the Aerosmith concert in Toronto yesterday and the little man was sporting some hot pink headphones like Apple Martin when she went to watch her daddy. Those are just about the cutest things ever! Milo was so lucky that he even got his own private serenade on the side of the stage from grandpa. We still can't look at this father daughter duo without remembering Liv's wild antics in the video for Crazy. Maybe someday Milo will get his very own cameo in an Aerosmith video but in the meantime we can catch his mommy on the big screen in The Strangers.

After his scary Friday afternoon motorcycle accident, George Clooney stepped out in NYC last night for the premiere of Michael Clayton, arm in crutch with his girl Sarah. Broken toes aside, she looked mighty happy to be alongside her man - can't say I blame her. Along with George's costars in the movie a slick looking Brad Pitt, an ugh, why Kate Walsh and sexed-up (surprise, surprise) Ellen Barkin all came out. The night was about the movie, but the red carpet was most definitely for asking George about his accident. In typical George fashion he laughed it off with quips and jokes. Here's more:

"I'm a little dinged up – lots of Neosporin," Clooney told PEOPLE at the New York event. "I'm definitely not jogging or doing jumping jacks."

He added that he and Larson are "just resting."

"You don't really want to rub or massage parts that are broken or anything," he said.

It's good to hear that both George and Sarah are doing better after the accident - it could have been so much worse. Something tells me Sarah will take him up on those massages once she's feeling a little better.
