Mischa was rocking her jorts for a coffee break in NYC this weekend. Her purple puffy sleeves aren't our favorite look on her, but luckily her two cute doggies make for perfect accessories. We're happy to see that Mischa took it easy and had a relaxing Labor Day weekend - after her Memorial Day hospital trip it's probably better that she stays away from the Hollywood beer-bqs for awhile.
Tobey Maguire and his fiancée Jennifer Meyer got married on Hawaii's Big Island last night, according to In Touch Weekly. A small group of their close friends witnessed the intimate sunset ceremony. The couple got engaged when Jennifer was four months pregnant with their little Ruby and are just too precious all together these days.
Apparently Lukas Haas was there for the wedding, but not Tobey's BFF Leo as he was off filming on location. (UPDATE - People reports Leo was there. We didn't think he would miss his best bud's wedding but early reports said he was MIA. We're glad to know that wasn't the case). As for all their other famous friends -- well, they'll just have to throw the happy couple a big party when they get back from LA. In the meantime, it sounds like they've got the honeymoon conveniently right in front of them. Congrats to the happy family!
Nicole Kidman opened up (literally) on the cover of the October issue of Vanity Fair. Nicole has had a lot going on in both her professional life and her personal life lately - she has three movies coming out and her husband Keith Urban recently finished a stint in rehab. She will begin doing a lot of promotion for her films and it starts with the VF article and a Ladies Home Journal one. USA Today has some highlights:
On having a miscarriage:
“From the minute Tom and I were married, I wanted to have babies. And we lost a baby early on, so that was really very traumatic. And that’s when it came that we would adopt Bella.”
On raising a teenager:
"I called Tom (from Australia) and said, 'Guess what? Bella wants blue hair.' I go with my daughter to the hair salon to get it dyed blue, and I look at her and I think, My God, it's cool!"
On having more kids:
My husband really wants a couple of years, he said, 'where I just have you.' So it's kind of romantic. He's like, 'I just love the two of us.' It's really honest. So as a woman I sort of hear that loud and clear and go, 'OK, I get that.' So that's kind of what we decided."

Darjeeling Limited hit the Venice Film Festival this weekend with Adrien Brody, Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman and Wes Anderson all out to celebrate the film. Unfortunately the boys were missing a member of their awesome crew as Owen Wilson stayed back in LA. Wes of course had to field lots of questions about his friend but thankfully Anderson had only positive things to say about his recovery. As a huge fan of Wes Anderson movies, I can't wait to see this one.
Halle Berry's been labeled pregnant when she just rocks a flowy dress more times than I can remember, but TMZ is claiming that this time she really is. They say that plans for Tulia, her upcoming movie, to start filming in October have been thrown out due to the fact that she is already three months along.
Obviously at this point it's all speculation and rumors and we will (semi) patiently wait for her to confirm or deny (um, yeah, any day now Christina). That being said, if it is true:
a) Congratulations!
b) Between Halle and Gabriel that's going to be one amazingly gorgeous child!
UPDATE: Halle confirmed it to Access Hollywood and issued the following statement (with a bit of a math problem?): “Yes, I am three months pregnant! Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I’ve waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life!” Yays.
JT looked pretty smiley in his acid washed jean shorts while out and about over the weekend. Last night we all got a taste of his FutureSex/LoveShow as a very special Labor Day treat. What did you think - did the televised concert live up to your expectations?

She smartly ties a leopard print silk scarf around her neck to give this gray sweater dress a hint of color, while her black tights and simple booties effortlessly complete the look.
