The stars looked g-l-a-m on the red carpet, but it all got a little more rock 'n' roll when they hit the stage last night at the Fashion Rocks concert (remember the magazine supplement with J Lo on the cover?), part of NY Fashion Week. The annual event is thrown by Conde Nast and accompanied by an online charity auction. At the show, Jeremy Piven was MC to, as usual, some awesome on stage combinations - Fergie performed with both Ludacris and Aerosmith while Usher sang alongside Mary J. Blige and so many more. You guys were pretty split on your opinions of Jennifer Lopez's new video for Do It Well, but it looks like she killed it last night. Definitely the highlight judging from the pictures. Angelina picked up Mad after a long day at his new French private school and it looks like he couldn't wait to get out of his fancy uniform. Even though he looks pretty darn adorable in his button-down, he looks to have changed into a second uniform for gym class. The fancy school even has a gym bag to match. No wonder it costs $18 grand a year! Now that school is back in session, we wonder if we'll be getting a daily dose of the Jolie-Pitts like when they were in Prague. It may be wishful thinking, but we're keeping our fingers crossed anyway.

Last night the ladies continued the black and white trend on the red carpet for Conde Nast's Fashion Rocks concert. Poor Fergie looked a bit jet-lagged while Ashlee looked t-i-n-y in her hot tight gray dress. We can't help but wonder though, where was her sister Jess who is currently in NYC? Jennifer Lopez looked tough but her performance later that evening looked more intense. Jessica Alba wore a dress that hit her in all the right spots but it was Nicole Richie who stole the spotlight with her growing belly and very flattering dress that showed off her new curves. Overall, I may definitely want to learn how to recreate the messy updo but I voted for sure that I was not a fan of Tyra's fierce curled updo. Don't forget to vote on Fab's Love it or hate it polls.

Jessica Simpson was looking hot in fuschia taking care of business in NYC yesterday afternoon. Much better than the black the night before. Jessica, a designer herself these days, told USA Today that she is having a blast at Fashion Week this time in particular. She said, "I get to be here as a fashionista. I get to come as someone who has made a product that people like. I want to wear heels all the time and the fact that my shoes are doing the numbers that they are doing means everyone wants to wear heels all the time too." Hmm, maybe someone should tell Jess that her ballet flats are her number one sellers.

Could MK look any cuter in EW? We're eagerly awaiting her big acting comeback since we're a huge fan but admittedly I haven't watched her on screen since Full House (OK I wanted to see New York Minute but just couldn't bring myself to do it). The good news is that in the article Mary-Kate comes clean about why she hides from the paparazzi and how great she' s feeling these days. Here are some highlights:
- ''I don't want my picture taken. The only time I think it's okay is at a red-carpet event or a photo shoot. So every time I see paparazzi, I cover my face so they don't get a picture, and I'm just 'the mean person who doesn't smile. I would love to be able to swim in the ocean in Malibu. But that is asking for a bikini shot. That's inviting something that I don't want to happen. I don't need to be on a 'Who's Skinny, Who's Fat, Who's Looking Healthy, Who's Not Eating?' list.''
- ''There's definitely been times in my life when I just turned to people and said, 'I'm done, this is too much for me, this is too overwhelming.' Mentally, physically, I feel pretty on top of my game right now,'' she says. ''Talk to me next week, I don't know. Today, I feel good.''
We're so glad to hear that MK is feeling healthy these days and is ready to bring her A-game to both the big and small screens. We're definitely counting the days until she makes her big debut on Weeds on September 17th!!

Christina was extra channeling Marilyn Monroe out to dinner with Jordan at The Little Door in LA on Wednesday night. Could she wear more make up next time? Thanks. We're definitely more than tired of speculation about whether or not she's pregnant (she'll tell us when she wants to? She can't hide it forever? We've all been a little bloated?) so rather than focus on that I'll just say that I like her a lot more when she goes a little more natural with her look. Plus, we'll all see about that other thing during her Emmy performance. PS - Have you filled out your Emmy Ballot yet? Free TV for a year!
