Jenny McCarthy hit up the Labor Day weekend sales in Beverly Hills this weekend with her main man Evan Asher. Looks like she got some quality time in before jetting to Vegas to host a party at PURE. Jenny is looking fab in her black and white dress even though she covered up her amazing bikini body. Evan Asher decided to go casual in his little wife beater and bright blue crocs, which seem to be all the rage with celebrity kids these days. As much as we love our Jim and Jenny romantic beach moments, seeing her in mommy mode is pretty precious too.

Heath Ledger was keeping a pretty low profile hiding behind his fedora and various Wayfarers at the premiere of I'm Not There at the Venice Film Festival today. Obviously Heath has been going through a hard time lately with his split from Michelle Williams, and apparently it showed on the red carpet. Us Weekly reports: "He had his hat tipped a little low and didn't really make eye contact with anyone. You could tell that he didn't want to be there.” We can only imagine how difficult it must be for Heath to have to try to put on his happy face during a rough period. Maybe after the festival he should spend some quiet time with his adorable little girl.

Ashley Olsen was not feeling the Summer-ness of Labor Day weekend out shopping in New York yesterday. Outside those hideous shoes, I'm kinda coveting the cozy looking sweater (blanket). Ash is in Manhattan so I assume she'll be hitting up the shows at NY Fashion week - maybe Fab will have a sighting! Fashion (with jazz hands) is certainly Ashley's favorite thing these days, but she is getting back into acting playing a troubled teen in Brett Easton Ellis' The Informers. So much Olsens, yays.

Mischa was rocking her jorts for a coffee break in NYC this weekend. Her purple puffy sleeves aren't our favorite look on her, but luckily her two cute doggies make for perfect accessories. We're happy to see that Mischa took it easy and had a relaxing Labor Day weekend - after her Memorial Day hospital trip it's probably better that she stays away from the Hollywood beer-bqs for awhile.

Tobey Maguire and his fiancée Jennifer Meyer got married on Hawaii's Big Island last night, according to In Touch Weekly. A small group of their close friends witnessed the intimate sunset ceremony. The couple got engaged when Jennifer was four months pregnant with their little Ruby and are just too precious all together these days.

Apparently Lukas Haas was there for the wedding, but not Tobey's BFF Leo as he was off filming on location. (UPDATE - People reports Leo was there. We didn't think he would miss his best bud's wedding but early reports said he was MIA. We're glad to know that wasn't the case). As for all their other famous friends -- well, they'll just have to throw the happy couple a big party when they get back from LA. In the meantime, it sounds like they've got the honeymoon conveniently right in front of them. Congrats to the happy family!

Nicole Kidman opened up (literally) on the cover of the October issue of Vanity Fair. Nicole has had a lot going on in both her professional life and her personal life lately - she has three movies coming out and her husband Keith Urban recently finished a stint in rehab. She will begin doing a lot of promotion for her films and it starts with the VF article and a Ladies Home Journal one. USA Today has some highlights:

On having a miscarriage:
“From the minute Tom and I were married, I wanted to have babies. And we lost a baby early on, so that was really very traumatic. And that’s when it came that we would adopt Bella.”

On raising a teenager:
"I called Tom (from Australia) and said, 'Guess what? Bella wants blue hair.' I go with my daughter to the hair salon to get it dyed blue, and I look at her and I think, My God, it's cool!"

On having more kids:
My husband really wants a couple of years, he said, 'where I just have you.' So it's kind of romantic. He's like, 'I just love the two of us.' It's really honest. So as a woman I sort of hear that loud and clear and go, 'OK, I get that.' So that's kind of what we decided."

Darjeeling Limited hit the Venice Film Festival this weekend with Adrien Brody, Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman and Wes Anderson all out to celebrate the film. Unfortunately the boys were missing a member of their awesome crew as Owen Wilson stayed back in LA. Wes of course had to field lots of questions about his friend but thankfully Anderson had only positive things to say about his recovery. As a huge fan of Wes Anderson movies, I can't wait to see this one.
