At 8:30 this morning, Nicole Richie arrived, with Joel on her arm, at the Glendale Courthouse to cop a plea in her DUI case. After being inside less than half an hour, Nicole was sentenced to four days in jail (yes you read that right, plus she was credited for 6 hours already served), fined $2048 and has to attend a 21 day alcohol education course. Yup, that's all. She has until September 28th to report to serve her four days.

Forgive me for making the obvious joke here, but Victoria Beckham looks a little out of her element, fearful even, in the bread aisle of Whole Foods in LA yesterday. I'm sure her fellow shoppers were a little taken aback as well. Posh hit up the store full of delicious goodies yesterday afternoon to buy sustenance for her 4 big boys. This might just be her first stop in an American Sized grocery store (next stop? Costco! Ha). As for her highness? We all know it's just fish and fruit for her so I guess those mangoes in the car are allowed. Don't worry, she wasn't snapped actually eating anything. There's good news for Posh fans, the Spice Girls have added more dates and cities to their reunion tour. That's major, right?

Nicole's court date may have been pushed back until August 16th, but rumor has it that she will be there today to cop a plea. According to TMZ, Nicole will appear to plead either guilty or no contest to her DUI from back in December.

Apparently she will be sentenced on the spot and will serve a minimum of 5 days no matter what. If this is true and she does just serve those days, it will line up just perfectly with next week's interview with Diane Sawyer. Good timing, Nicole. Now at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I would just love for her to acknowledge the pregnancy rumors.

Jennifer Lopez once again went with a one-shoulder gown in an ambitious shade of coral for the NYC premiere of El Cantante last night. As usual Marc went with the semi-exposed chest look. Hey, if you've got a thing, stick with it. The film itself looks kinda dark, so I have to love that they kept it light for the premiere. Lately the more and more I've seen J Lo and Marc the more I love them and the fun they have together. Jennifer's BFF Leah Remini's dress may have been a bit bizarre, but I love that she was there for her girl.

Including Cashmere Mafia, ABC clearly has a theme for things beginning with C this season. Christina Applegate returns to the small screen in Samantha Who? as an alcoholic bitch who gets into an accident and awakens from a coma with retrograde amnesia which means she can function normally but can't remember her past. The cast also includes the cute Barry Watson (What About Brian) and the spicy Jennifer Esposito. The funniest part of the panel was when someone asked if in real life any of the characters wished they could forget and redo something they'd done in real life. Jennifer Esposito seemed to think that question was hilarious. Perhaps she was thinking of this.

Carpoolers is about a bunch of boys who - you guessed it - spend a lot of time in the car together. Jerry O'Connell and Faith Ford are the two biggest names and I am happy to say this show was surprisingly funny. Maybe it's because I had low expectations but watching this group interact on the panel was pretty hilarious. Jerry plays the womanizing bachelor that comes across as slightly cheesy. He admitted to practicing his lines at home with his brand new wife. He said she gets a real kick out of it. Also hilarious - T.J. Miller, the guy in his red track suit. As for Cavemen, the show based on a Geico ad - well, I'll let you decide that one for yourselves.

Vince Vaughn must have really gotten into the holiday spirit working on Fred Claus, because he's already in talks for another Christmas movie, this time alongside Reese! The two are set to co-star in Four Christmases, which is about a couple trying to divide the holiday between each of their four divorced parents. We love watching both Reese and Vince on the big screen and we're happy to hear she's getting back into comedies with one of the Frat Pack A-Listers. We bet even this unlikely duo will spark some on set romance rumors.
