We're big fans of the fabulous Heidi Klum and Project Runway, so we were psyched to hear that the show was nominated for an Emmy for the 3rd year in a row. We're sure Ms. Klum will look stunning on the red carpet in September, but she assures us that she won't be sporting any designs from a former PR winner, saying,

“The very first time I got nominated, I asked the winner of the first season, Jay McCarroll, to design something. He had all these great ideas, and then designed something that was absolutely not appropriate. It was not an evening-red carpet thing for the Emmys—it was like an MTV/Halloween costume!"

Yikes. I wonder how Jay feels about that comment. We all know that Heidi looks amazing even in a Halloween costume, but maybe not for the big awards show! They have tough competition with American Idol and Amazing Race but we think Project Runway deserves to win this year. Good Luck!

Back in LA after a whirlwind hot body show off stop in NYC, Katie Holmes stopped off for a little solo dinner at Georgio Baldi in Santa Monica last night. Seriously, Katie has been looking phenomenally gorgeous these days -- I am loving it. Tom was in Germany filming his movie rather than by Katie's side last night, but he will be back in LA by Sunday for that Welcome to LA party he, Katie, Will and Jada are throwing for the Beckhams. How crazy would it be to work the childcare room at that party? Obviously Suri would run the show. Ha.

David Beckham may have a bit of a bad ankle, but that barely seems to be slowing him down, making a special appearance in Colorado for the MLS All-Star Game yesterday. Becks sure is showing the love for America already, and we can't wait to check out his new TV show. Until then, we'll have to settle for watching his very first game with the Galaxy on Saturday.

Gisele Bundchen looked fairly un-model-y but still gorgeous in a floral dress and flats walking around Manhattan solo recently. I doubt she's alone today, however, as it's her 27th Birthday! Happy B-Day! You don't look a day older than the highest paid model in the world. Unfortunately, Gisele might be spending her big day without her boyfriend Tom Brady. His ex-Bridget Moynahan is supposedly giving birth to their child today via prescheduled C-Section because Brady's preseason starts in a week and he wants to spend time with his new baby. Rumor has it that Gisele is none too happy about any of this, but hopefully she and Tom will work it out. They just look so good together, even when he's carrying a Murse.

The Bourne Ultimatum is finally almost here and we couldn't be more excited to check out the final chapter. In the interview Matt compares Bourne to Bond, jokes about being lame with Ben, and he also reveals why he's so quiet about his personal life. Here's more:

• On the differences between Jason Bourne and James Bond:
  Bond is part of the system. He’s an imperialist and a misogynist, and he laughs at killing people, and he sits there slugging martinis. It’ll never be the same thing as this, because Bourne is a guy who is against the establishment, who is paranoid and on the run. I just think fundamentally they’re just very different things.
• On why not commenting on his personal life makes him a better actor:
  The better the actor, the less you know about his life. “I mean, nobody’s better than De Niro, and you don’t know anything about him, right?” Look at Meryl. We don’t know sh*t about Meryl. Look at Clint. And Jack. And Brando. Marlon Brando—who f*ing knows, right?
• On he and Ben Affleck getting their first big paycheck after selling the script for Good Will Hunting:
  We both bought Jeep Grand Cherokees. It was funny, because Ben and I, we both always wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee for some reason. That was the car. We always talked about it but never could afford one. So when we suddenly had the money, we each instantly started trying to convince each other to get a different car. We’d say, ‘Hey, have you seen the Explorer? The Ford Explorer is really cool.’ Because we knew it would just be so gay to get the same car.

Matt is definitely right up there with Hollywood's finest, but we wouldn't mind getting a little more info about his private life. Until then, we're more than happy to settle for watching him on the big screen when the movie premieres on August 3rd.

Now that Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab she needs to settle that nasty DUI problem that landed her there in the first place. The actress went to the Beverly Hills police yesterday to be officially booked. Hopefully she put on a bra before she headed over there for an hour and was then released on $30,000 bail. A court date was also scheduled for August 24th. While this seems like a proactive thing for LL to do, she is already causing career problems again. The actress held up the movie Poor Things since she headed to rehab and while they were willing to wait for Ms Lohan to get out, apparently after she headed directly to Vegas without stopping at Go, the studio and sponsors got scared of LL's sketchy ways. Page Six reports:

Lohan was supposed to start filming "Poor Things" with Shirley MacLaine when she was out of rehab. But last week, product vendors including GE and Dell computers, who had been promised placement in the movie in exchange for cash, got a disturbing e-mail from set designer Fontaine Beauchamp Hebb.

Hebb's e-mail, with the subject line: " 'Poor Things' has been cancelled," said, "Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news, but I just received a call from Jacky Gilardi, the producer, pulling the plug on the ill-fated film.

"Apparently, Ms. Lohan's antics in Las Vegas over the weekend have scared the bond companies and all of the funding has been pulled . . . I look forward to working together in the future and trust our next project will not be as fraught with difficulty."

Some say the movie was doomed from the start and LL had nothing to do with its downfall, but it's no surprise that studios don't want to gamble or deal with insurance costs of an unstable star like Lindsay. Even while she is trying to prove her soberness via ankle bracelets, she is being called out and partying at Pure isn't going to help stop those rumors. Well, she's always have her fabulous bags but in this case the huge LV is ridiculous.
