After Paris opened up for her Larry King interview (and, I guess, the whole jail thing, whatever), she obviously thought she was in need of a vacation. She jetted off to Hawaii yesterday afternoon looking very, very sneaky...in a white tunic, straw hat and dark wig. That Paris, always good with the costumes. I assume it will only be a brief visit because P apparently rented herself a nice pad in Malibu for the summer. Though considering how much she works (according to her), she shouldn't be able to spend too much time there, right?
Tom Cruise has been having some trouble trying to shoot his upcoming movie Valkyrie in Germany, but it looks like he was warmly welcomed in the Netherlands to promote Lions for Lambs yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately for us all, Katie and adorable precious Suri weren't by his side, but I will concede that Tom's been looking better these days. A little more like his Risky Business days? Or am I still jumping the gun?
Posh and David made their way through Heathrow airport in some seriously eye-catching headgear yesterday - yikes what is that yellow mess? These two have always been quite the world travelers and now that The Spice Girls have made their reunion tour official, it looks like Posh will be doing a lot more traveling. David will be busy taking care of their boys, and playing in LA and now he has a new task - he's got godfather duties to fulfill. His long time friend Davinia Taylor has just made David and Kate Moss the godparents of her brand new baby boy. One famous supermodel and one soccer superstar - not a bad set of godparents if you ask us!
Bruce headed down to DC to generously donate some of his Live Free Or Die Hard memorabilia to the Smithsonian National Museum of History. The museum is now the lucky owner of a dirty t-shirt Bruce wore in the original Die Hard movie, along with some other, more recent props. It will be on display with the likes of R2D2 and C3PO from Star Wars, and the ruby slippers Judy Garland wore in The Wizard of Oz. Tallulah and Rumer were there to support dear old dad, continuing to let us know what a close family they all are. It's great to see them all together, but we're starting to wonder what happened to Scout?
Yay for more Hawaii vacation photos! This time with 100% more horse head! Jen and Violet took a little break from the beach to check out the horses this week. This isn't Violet's first time with their fuzzy noses -- the whole Affleck clan frequents a stable in LA. Perhaps rather than acting, little Violet will be an equestrian? How long until she gets her own pony? Lucky, lucky.
