Victoria Beckham is not wasting any time in LA, starting here where she was seen running into a photoshoot at a Hollywood Hills home. Dare I say that Posh looks almost kinda normal sized? As for some unflattering shots, she's going to have to get used to the completely unforgiving LA paparazzi sometime. We're obviously happy to have the beautiful Beckham family in the States, but what do their celebrity neighbors think of the new Californians? I guess we'll find out this weekend, because Tom, Katie, Will, and Jada are throwing Posh and Becks a little Welcome to America party! Oh to be a fly on that party wall.

We just said Rachel hadn't been seen with her boyfriend Hayden Christensen in a while then he arrived at LAX the next day. She was also spotted shopping at La Perla the other day and we had a weird suspicion she was shopping for someone in particular. Hayden and Rachel (it just doesn't have the same ring to it) were seen shopping and headed out for a burger. We are still working on warming up to these two since Bilson and Brody were one of a kind and it takes a while to get over that kind of thing. Finally, can someone give the most adorable girl in Hollywood a job? Hello, Josh, do you hear me?

Whoa there Julianne. I'm not sure I've ever seen her without her trademark ginger locks, but here she is looking definitively blonde out in NYC yesterday. Semi embarrassing admission: I've loved Julianne since Nine Months, which my 13-year-old self thought was side-splittingly hilarious. Even so, I'm not sure how much I'm loving the uber blonde. There should never be any reason why Julianne begs to be compared to Lindsay Lohan, but unfortunately this is kinda feeling that way. What do you think about her new hair color?

Mandy Moore continues to be a fabulous role model compared to many of her peers. The actress remains modest even as she lands the cover of InStyle. Mandy kept the conversation refreshingly light as she shared her likes, what makes her feel sexy and admitting that her interest in clothes is a new development in her life. She said, "I used to be a tomboy, and blissfully unaware of fashion. Now I'm in the thick of it and there's no turning back." Mandy always looks so adorable and while she's not quite at fashionista status yet, a few visits to FabSugar could definitely get her there.

Kyra Sedgwick and Jon Cryer were up early in Hollywood this AM to announce the nominees for the 2007 Primetime Emmy Awards. TV Movie Bury My Heart led the pack with 17 nominations, while The Sopranos also cleaned up with 15, including acting nods for James and Edie, and a nom for Best Dramatic Series. New favorites also did pretty well, with Ugly Betty receiving 11 nominations and Heroes bringing in 8. I'm especially excited to see Mary Louise Parker get another nod for Weeds. Check out the full list of nominees here! Who knows, maybe this time next year we'll be congratulating Pop's new favorite show (and crush), Chuck. Or maybe even Mary-Kate (wishful thinking)

It must have been a really tough day at the dance studio and looking for houses in Malibu since Britney decided she had to stop everything and strip and run into the ocean. How so not normal. Britney is clearly acting out again and some say she is headed for another breakdown. Clearly parading around town with no underwear and then finally deciding to wear underwear but having to do a strip show for the paparazzi seems like a serious cry for help if you ask me. What will JJ and Sean P think when they see pictures like these of their Mommy one day?
