Part of larger insanely sexy photoshoot with said wife, much of which takes place in underwear only/slathered in oil. Smoldering, brooding face (it's very nuanced). Any questions? Sienna and a very weary looking Steve Buscemi screened their new movie Interview last night in NYC. The event was hosted by Dior Beauty, so of course Anna Wintour made an appearance. No idea what Daphne Zuniga was doing there, but doesn't it just make you nostalgic for the days of Melrose Place? Speaking of drama and scandalous behavior, Sienna is still rambling about her non relationship with Diddy, saying, “The amount of people I've been linked to that I've said, ‘Hi, nice to meet you,’ at a party, and then next minute I'm pregnant with their child." Well, we see Sienna's point, but late night rendezvousing is not exactly the same as shaking hands at a party. Just saying.
Scarlett sassed it up for a boat scene on the set of her unnamed Barcelona Woody Allen movie yesterday. We've yet to see any of her costars yet, but I swear they exist. At least there's a little change of pace, because it looks like she left her hot little camera on the shore to shoot this one. Still not sure if this film will be one of his classic comedies or something darker along the lines of Match Point -- obviously he's comfortable with his muse Scarlett's ability to carry either (and anything, for that matter).
Hey, remember that photoshoot back in May where Jess got to frolic around Coney Island with a lot of balloons? The one that reminded us of the same thing Nicole Richie did last year for Elle. Well here's the result of Jess' shoot in the August issue of Harper's Bazaar. In the magazine, Jess talks about Ashlee, plastic surgery and what drives her to dress up, saying, “I dress for men. I dress for men and myself. If I’m dressing for men, then I know it’s good for myself!” Lately, it feels like she's been mostly dressing for the gym, but that's to be expected since she's headed to boot camp this week to get to work on Major Movie Star.
Is it my birthday? Because R-Bils, Zooey, and the Flowy Hair Brigade are all at the same party -- that's like a present! The lovelies were out in LA last night to celebrate the launch of Chip & Pepper's newest jean creation. The Jean dress code was clearly in order for the evening, so hopefully all the attendees had a favorite pair of C&Ps to wear to the party. Something tells me denim-o-philes like Zooey and Rachel had no problem doing that. Jim has definitely seen better days and, unfortunately, the hair isn't his only problem. At least all the ladies more than made up for him in the cute factor. Obvs, Bilson especially (seriously someone, job, her, now).
Queen Elizabeth was not happy when photographer Annie Lebovitz suggested the Queen take off her crown for a photoshoot, but she did not storm off the set as was originally reported. Annie still might want to consider sticking around U.S. soil for awhile. - BBC News
