Jessica Biel was looking very smiley this weekend at a wedding on the beach, even though Justin is still busy in the UK finishing up his world tour. Paris was all done up in green with matching eyeshadow clutching her new iPhone last night. She even found the time for a photo op with a pint-sized fan. Apparently Paris is showing the love for green outside of her fashion as well - she showed up to Teddy's this weekend in a cloud of smoke, and according to one source, "She took a huge puff off of a joint, then opened the door and exhaled the pot smoke basically in my face." We already knew that Paris was blatantly lying to Larry King about not using drugs, but we were hoping Paris would be a little more discreet about breaking the law after jail time. Guess old habits die hard.
Nicole Richie kept herself very covered up with a pillow being led into LAX with Joel last night. The two were on their way up to Calgary, Canada, where Joel is scheduled to play a show tonight, the only problem is that Nicole is due in court in LA tomorrow morning. The (sigh) pregnant starlet hoped that she would be able to postpone the date by sending her lawyer in to meet with the commissioner today and ask for continuance until August 5. Nicole's reasoning was that her expert witness, Dr. Terence McGee, isn't available until then. Unfortunately for Nic, the request was denied, so I guess it's right back on the plane and into the courthouse for her. Hey, maybe this will finally force her to make a statement about the whole surprising pregnancy thing?
Update:According to People, the trial will be postponed at least a day. Also, Nicole does not have to attend.
Sienna Miller may be rocking the red wayfarers in Diddy's hometown of NYC, but she is there to promote her new films Interview and Stardust, not to have a romantic rendezvous with the hip hop mogul. Last week rumor had it that Sienna had come between Diddy and his longtime girlfriend Kim Porter, though you all were skeptical. Now, Sienna had this to say about the mess, "I am in love with someone, but not Puff Daddy. He's just a good friend. Anyway, he has a beautiful girlfriend." Not so sure about that last part -- Diddy and Kim are over (for now, don't they break up all the time?) -- but as for who she's in love with? Rumor has it she's been looking pretty cozy with her co-star Matthew Rhys these days...Plus, Diddy hasn't gone by Puff Daddy in years, any girlfriend would know this.
Victoria spent one of her final days in London yesterday shopping before moving to the USA. Not every girl gets to buy whatever she wants and carry a fabulous Birkin around town, but Posh wants us to know she's just a normal girl who just happens to be "living quite a surreal life." She's getting ready for us all to see what that life is all about when her reality show airs next week. Here's more:
"It's funny. People really get to see what I'm really like. I have quite a dry sense of humor, which I hope is going to translate to Americans... I'm incredibly blessed and I wanted to show that to everybody."
If you think you know Posh from reading the tabloids, she says forget it. "People can have preconceptions because of the photographs that they see of me, because of some of the stories that they read about me as well," she said. "A lot of the time it couldn't be further from the truth. We're so used to having things written about us that aren't true."
And she has a warning to paparazzi gearing up to stalk the couple. "We're going to be quite low-key," she said. "There are people that are much more famous in L.A. than David and myself. We're not out every night. We're probably a lot more boring than people think."
Ah. The boring route. So many celebs have tried that before but you can still bet they will be dining at the finest restaurants with their celeb friends like The Cruises. We also expect to see them at some of Isabella's soccer games. We just hope we get to see our favorite lovable Posh come out.
