It was a mix of long time A-Listers and up-and-coming superstars at last night's LA premiere of Hairspray. Even with young blood on the red carpet, Michelle Pfeiffer stole the show! Yowza! Meanwhile, Efron still can't seem to lay off the the tanner, but it's a less dire situation than last week in London, maybe thanks to his precious girlfriend Vanessa? Kelly Preston went over the top and, sigh, John Travolta makes me long for days back when just looking at him didn't make me uncomfortable -- Face/Off anyone? As for Hairspray, I'm wondering whether the kids will be coming out to see their favorite Disney Channel stars in action on the big screen.

Sarah Jessica Parker is looking amazing in the August issue of Elle Magazine, showing off her fun and flirty side. We're definitely loving both the curly and straight hair and can't believe how young she looks. SJP has so many projects in the works these days that we're in awe of how she manages to do it all - and keep her family running. In the Elle interview, she talks about how her busy schedule has affected James Wilkie, saying,
"James Wilkie is so conscious now of the time we spend together," she says of her four-and-a-half-year-old. "I try to be home to tuck him in at least four nights a week, and if I'm not, he's not letting me get away with anything. The other night I was sitting with him on the steps before Matthew and I went out to the theater, and he looked at me and said, 'Mama, this has got to stop. Go upstairs and take that dress off.'"
Aww, James Wilkie sounds like a little fire cracker! I guess now we know who makes the decisions in the Broderick-Parker household. Check out Elle for more about her empire of perfumes, clothing (the outfit on the right is from her Bitten line) and more about the Sex and the City movie.
Lindsay Lohan's been having a bumpy patch at the box office over the past few years, but is I Know Who Killed Me the film that will turn it all around for our erstwhile starlet? The producers certainly hope so, and judging from these stills, they're not shy about the good-girl-turned-stripper aspect of the movie. Like, at all. I've said it before, but it looks like those Sheila Kelley S-Factor classes paid off. I'm not sure whether I'm sold on the premise of the movie -- Aubrey, a young woman who is kidnapped, tortured and comes back claiming to be an exotic dancer named Dakota -- but check out the trailer and let me know what you think. Are you buying psychological thriller Lohan?
Jennifer is headed back to work, which means she's also back to the gym to get buff for her next movie. Jen's been getting plenty of exercise running after Violet and surfing with the boys in Hawaii, but now she's hitting the weight machines to tone up her arms. We think Jen looks pretty fit already, but she's probably ready to get back to her Sydney Bristow/Electra kick ass old self.
This weekend we caught a glimpse of Noah Wyle, which has become a rarity since his Dr. Carter days and now we have another NBC alum. We know Matthew Perry did that whole Studio 60 thing that we wished was better, but lucky for us we'll always have syndication of the lovable Chandler Bing from Friends. Just looking at these pictures is enough to make us wish we were back at Monica and Rachel's apartment. Now that Studio 60 is dead we'll just have to take cute Matthew any way we can - whether it be shopping around LA or working on his fitness.
Kate Moss was all smiles leaving the SingStar Take That Extravaganza in London. She took a casual approach to the night, opting for patent leather flats and mismatched blacks.
