In the meantime, Tony and Eva continued to count down the days to their wedding with a trip to Disneyland Paris for the 4th of July with 30 of their closest family and friends. Not only did Tony surprise his bride-to-be with a trip to the happiest place on earth, but also arranged a special trip to one of France's most romantic destinations. Here's more:

Their destination, in fact, was France's picturesque Mont Saint-Michel, a 6th-century medieval citadel nestled within a large sea-fed inlet bay celebrated for its isolation and captivating views. The location is so unusual that it was classified a world heritage site by UNESCO in l979 and is France's third most visited attraction.

After landing in the Normandy region, 250 miles from Paris, the couple arrived for dinner around 8 p.m. at the historic walled village's redoubtable La Mère Poularde restaurant. "They just turned up without a reservation," one staffer tells PEOPLE. There, they sampled the restaurant's regional specialties, sharing an omelet before ordering the salt-fed lamb. "They were very elegant, very beautiful," says the employee. "It seemed a pity to disturb them with dessert because they seem so very much in love."

Fergie was looking a little tousled but nice alongside Anna Wintour, her gorgeous daughter Bee Shaffer and Vanessa Paradis at the Chanel couture show in Paris this week. You wouldn't know from these photos, but apparently a damper was put on the fabulous show by a rainy afternoon -- of course the show must go on and the lovely ladies stayed covered as the models rocked the runway. My only request would be that next time Vanessa bring her hot hot man, Johnny, with her to the big show.

Fresh off her 21st birthday beach party, Lindsay threw a 4th of July bash in Malibu. Dina, sister Ali and brother Cody were there along with Paris, who we totally thought wasn't friends with LL anymore after the Larry King interview. No word yet on if the two actually hung out together but they were definitely at the same bash. A few other guests including Dave Navarro and Kevin Connolly stopped by the party as well. Lindsay might have found herself a new man to get cozy with for the fireworks show. Apparently at her birthday party she was all about Evan Ross, Diana Ross' 18-year-old son. The two were caught making out as she celebrated being 21! I wonder how Calum felt about all of that since apparently he was at the July 4th party as well so he's not completely out of the picture yet either.

Jessica Simpson is on a roll! She looked gorgeous in orange (not an easy color to pull off) out to dinner in LA Tuesday night. I've been adoring Jessica's breezy summer look recently, but I'm less happy to hear who her John Mayer rebound man is -- Dane Cook. The two were rumored to have dated back when they were filming Employee of the Month last year and according to Life & Style they were seen getting cozy at a Prince concert last weekend. I'm all for Jessica's happiness and all, but blech to Dane Cook. He just seems obnoxious.

Paris left all her fans a message on her MySpace page telling them she's excited, loves them and wants everyone to remember not to drink and drive. How appropriate of her. The heiress returned from Hawaii where Page Six is reporting she had trouble finding a hotel room and finally settled for the Grand Wailea Resort, which as you guessed it, happens to be a Hilton hotel. Her reps are denying she had any problems and was actually staying at a private residence. Either way, Paris was found by crowds of photographers in Hawaii as well as by her newly rented Malibu beach house only this time she turned to take photos of them too. Is this part of the new Paris' strategy to no longer be a tabloid fixture? Only time will tell if she is really a changed woman.

Claire and her cute boyfriend Hugh Dancy looked like they were enjoying themselves on their way into the Soho Apple store on Monday. Unfortunately, the couple's on screen debut both didn't do great at the box office or get great reviews -- but at least they look happy together! I wonder if they were so giddy because they were on their way in to snag some iPhones. It is quite fabulous, after all.
