Posh and her reality show crew were all on hand as Victoria threw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Mets vs. Dodgers game last night. She took the job very seriously and even played catch with Dodgers pitcher Derek Lowe ahead of time to prepare for her big moment. The whole event was a new experience for her Poshness who admitted she was "really nervous." She says, "I've been to lots of soccer stadiums, but this is something else. I'm going to do the best I can. It's a huge honor for me. David's going to be watching at home." While she looks adorable in her little baseball get-up, it doesn't look like she's a natural athlete like her husband.

Oh. Britney. Out on the town last night, Britney was looking like her old self, and not in a good way. Like November old self. Not only was she out at the club until last call (also, not doing a great job of keeping her lady parts within the confines of her dress -- look through the gallery, you'll see what I mean), but she was loooooving that burger in the backseat on the way home. Yup, even though she looked like she was maybe going to lose her cookies on the way into her car, she powered right through that late night snack. I'm all for living up your youth, but hopefully Brit will keep herself together a little better than her last partying spree.

Angelina stayed pretty quiet about her personal life for some time but now she's an open book. Lately she's been incredibly candid about life with Brad and the kids and it's great to hear about their big happy family. Here are some more cute quotes:

• On Pax:
  "He is learning English and already speaks a little bit and the funniest thing was on my birthday on Monday to hear him saying 'Happy Birthday, Mommy' in the loudest, greatest, clearest voice. The kids were all screaming and singing. It was so much fun."
• On her two boys:
  "Pax and Maddox have really connected because they're closer in age and are brothers so they have moments when they bond together against everybody else in the family. They are a really tough team and then they have moments when they bug each other. It's quite normal and it's nice. It's never quiet in our house.
• On Brad:
  "When my mother died Brad held her hand and helped me through all the stages of dealing with someone dying... After the funeral Brad brought everyone back to the house and asked questions about our mom. He focused on all the love and all the joy we were fortunate enough to have had. Sounds like the kids are adjusting to one another just fine. Obviously Angelina and Brad have made it longer than many first anticipated and they're planning on raising that soccer team Brad once spoke about. Rachel and her little sister Hattie did a little drug store shopping in Santa Monica this weekend. It looks like big sis was showing the little one how to snack hard, Spears Style, with the Cheetos in hand as she left the store. Faux cheese, tye-dyed dresses over pants and boots?? Kelly continues to speak out against her handlers in the July issue of Elle Magazine. As you know, her label and Clive Davis especially were dead set against Kelly writing the songs on her upcoming album, My December. But she stuck to her guns and did things her way. Kelly is obviously taking things into her own hands and so far she seems to be doing a pretty good job. Here's more about what she's having to put up with:

• "I am a good singer, so I can't possibly be a good writer," she says, bristling at the implication. "Women can't possibly be good at two things. I haven't lost my temper about it. It only drives me more. If your thing is to bring me down, cool. I'll just work harder."
• "Kelly can sing the phone book," Cowell says. "She doesn't have to be told what to do."

  "She was incredible. When you let her come back on the show it makes everybody else look like an amateur," says Cowell, who believes Clarkson is the best winner yet "without question."

• "My label wanted me to sing 'Never Again [at Idol Gives Back],'" she says. "And I was like, To promote yourself on a charity event is beyond crass. People are starving and dying and I'm up there singing some bitter pop song? And believe me, everyone wanted me to sing it. Because they are jaded and they have no soul. Imagine sitting in a room full of people totally against you. Can't they hear themselves speaking? Capitalize on AIDS? Are you kidding? Insulting an entire nation of people? I just refused."

  Instead, she sang Griffin's "Up to the Mountain," a folkie spiritual that left many listeners in tears. Clarkson asked the British guitar legend Jeff Beck to accompany her, and she showed not only stylistic growth, but a fresh confidence.

We always said she was a big huge star and biggest AI winner! It's great to see how much Simon still supports her during this crazy time and it will be very interesting to see how many number one hits her album produces this time around.

Naomi & Liev enjoyed a lovely spring day in NYC over the weekend. Rumor had it that these two would tie the knot before her August 2nd due date, and it looks like they may have done just that. At Sunday night's Tony Awards, Liev dropped this shocker on Entertainment Tonight's reporter:

"We are married. You got it first. Break the story!"

Well, something tells me that he may have just been messing with the red carpet reporter (I mean, he was nominated for a Tony, so he's obviously got the acting chops). If not, though, congratulations to the the happy couple!! Still can't wait for little Mega Watts-Schreiber!

Update: As suspected, Liev was just joking. The two aren't married...yet.
