Angelina and Brad looked beautiful at the A Mighty Heart photocall earlier in the day, but at the actual premiere it was glamor all the way. Brad really snazzed it up in a tuxedo and slick-backed hair, while Angie opted for a stunning simple black number. None of their little kiddies joined them, but Mariane Pearl herself was there holding the hand of her brave little man. To help promote the film, Angelina sat down for an interview with Ann Curry which will air Wednesday on both the Today Show and Dateline NBC. Here's a peek at what she had to say, specifically on not reading what is written about her:

I know there’s a cycle of certain things that they keep rewriting or whatever, but I can assume things are made up. But no, I haven’t a clue. (laughter) And why would I, you know? There’s nothing I have to hide or defend. You know, I’m gonna live my life. And there are gonna be times when people wanna try to attack me and I don’t know why, but they will. And that’s okay...
Well, there are other things I’m more concerned about. My kids are healthy. I have a lot I want to do in this world. Before I do, I wanna do a lot of things as a woman, as a mom, and that’s my focus. At the end of the day, I’m gonna be dead... and what people say about me is gonna be what I accomplished and what I did in my life and how my children are.
Despite being one of the most famous and controversial celebrities around, it really does seem like Angie has a good head on her shoulders. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how this movie turned out. If the preview is any indication, I can't imagine there was a dry eye in the theater at the end of the film.

Eva may play a diva on Desperate Housewives (Did you see last night's season finale?), but she showed her off-screen athleticism this weekend at the "Spike For Hope" Celebrity Charity Volleyball Tournament. The tournament raised funds for PADRES Contra El Cancer, a charity for which Eva is the national spokesperson. She has admitted to being a tomboy back in the day, but apparently volleyball isn't her sport of choice. When asked if she's a volleyball player, she said, "No, I'm not. Tony is, but that's because he's 6'3". He was like, 'Babe, you better not stink.' "I like any sport. I'm not a volleyball player, per se, but I'm definitely a competitive person."

Speaking of Tony, apparently the couple will not be spending a long romantic getaway in Paris after their wedding in July. The actress has to get back to the US to start shooting Desperate Housewives on July 9th. Looks like Tony and Eva will have to wait a bit for their honeymoon.

Earlier we got to gaze jealous-ly at Kate Hudson's totally toned abs and now here's a completely different look at the flaxen-haired star. How cute is she at the park with Ryder this weekend? He's still sporting his rock star hair (an homage to daddy, perhaps), happily getting a kiss from mommy (in her complicated looking overalls), and generally being totally precious. Say it with me: Aawwwwww.

Lindsay caked on the make-up for a night out in Malibu. Perhaps she was trying to cover up her hard partying ways. Rumors continue to swirl that LL is partying as much as she did prior to her stint at Wonderland. According to Page Six while at Anchor Bar in NYC she was seen "drinking vodka straight from the bottle." Calum must have taken the night off as she partied without him until 3 AM when she then headed on a private jet to LA. At least she schedules her flying times appropriately so she doesn't miss a night out and can hopefully get some sleep en route.

Some of our favorite action stars got together last night for the 2007 Taurus World Stunt Awards in LA. Though they didn't walk home with any prizes, the cast of the Fantastic Four looked great on the red carpet, alongside genre greats like Harrison Ford. Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly were in the house to accept the award for Best Work With a Vehicle in Talladega Nights. Pirates, Casino Royale and Superman Returns also took home awards, but unforch the stars of those films couldn't make the event. As for the real stars they were out to honor, the stuntmen/women and everyone who coordinates those timed explosions, hopefully they got some much deserved praise as well.

While the cat is away, the mouse will play...with himself on the soccer field. Nothing wrong with a little self-adjustment halfway through an active game. Nothing at all. While it's definitely fun to see Posh all put together and filming her show in LA, there's just something about peach fuzz Becks that makes Monday so much better. Once again, how soft does his hair look??
