Ashton and Demi got their spirituality on at the Kabbalah Center in LA this weekend. I may be alone here (probably am), but I'm kinda liking the facial hair on Ashton. He looks surprisingly manly. They're all cute in their white and black, but something is missing. And by that, I mean Bruce Willis. After seeing those Vanity Fair pictures, I kind of expect him to be one step behind Ashton and Demi at all times.

If there was ever a weekend with a celebration for everyone, this was it. Cinco de Mayo, the Kentucky Derby, the De la Hoya/Mayweather Fight -- choose your poison. Seen here are the celebrities who went for the third option and attended the big fight in Vegas on Saturday night. As usual Jim and Jenny had fabulous hair, while Matthew's could use a trim. Also, for those of you who actually heard the brief rumor last week that Jay-Z was involved in a plane crash, he's obviously fine. Jennifer was especially rapt, I assume, because Marc performed the national anthem before the (surprisingly) exciting, and very close, fight.

I was expecting to see a lot more of Jessica Simpson as she hosted the 2nd anniversary of the Pussycat Dolls Lounge at PURE in Las Vegas this weekend. She did make sure to let the girls come out but she was pretty covered up for the most part. Her BFF Eva went for the cute look, which 17-year-old Hayden Panettiere already showed off, and our readers tracked down. These girls share hairdressers and Eva was also in Jessica's Public Affair video so we have to assume that Jessica and John will be heading to Eva and Tony's wedding in July. We know Mario will be there. He seems to be glued to Eva's side these days including this weekend in Vegas.

I guess the millions of dollars and weeks of promotional gigs paid off. Not only did Spider-man 3 come in first at the box office this weekend, but it was the biggest opening weekend of all time. Coming in at an estimated $148 million, it knocked Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest out of the top spot. It'll be interesting to see what happens when the new Pirates and Shrek 3 come out in a few weeks, but for now it's Spidey's time! Methinks the studio is frantically scrambling to get Tobey, Kirsten and Sam Raimi signed on for a few more of these...

The whole Shrek cast hammed it up on the green carpet in LA this week for the premiere of Shrek 3. Cameron Diaz lightened up her hair and showed off those stems (got your attention, JT?) in an adorable pink mini. Justin was taking a break from his European tour to dress preppy and reminisce with his famous ex. Also it's nice to see Mike Myers back at work these days - with the money he makes off this franchise it's no wonder he can take such long breaks between films. Hopefully we'll see more of the entire cast making the rounds since the film opens May 18th. Anyone else curious to know if Eddie Murphy speaks up about his new possible Spice baby or if he will skip out on the promotions altogether?

Lindsay didn't hide out this weekend even after shocking photos of her supposedly doing cocaine made the rounds all over the internet. In fact, the actress hit Il Sole like nothing even happened. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that as reported in the article, she doesn't care who knows. She's also bragging about sleeping with Jude Law, James Blunt and Calum Best. The pictures from a scandalous video that you can see here are not as obvious as when Kate Moss was busted, but it's something we bet LL will have to react to. Especially since the video itself is apparently a lot more incriminating. As if we didn't already know rehab didn't work and now this. LL's coke habit is just making her look pathetic which is sad since we always thought she was actually a talented actress.
