Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were in Sydney for the Australian MTV Music Awards but the couple made time for some PDA at the zoo. Nicole was bashful one minute and smiling for the cameras the next. Apparently she petted a koala bear (I thought they were actually unfriendly cute creatures but perhaps she has some special way with them).
Jessica was looking a little bit more, uh, covered up than other recent times while hanging out with John in Atlanta last week. It seems that whenever John leaves her for a leg of his tour, she feels the desire to show off the girls, but hey, whatever floats her boat. Besides, it's hard to be annoyed by Jess when she and John are just so darn cute together. I may be in the minority, but I'm really pulling for these two.
Ashley Olsen, the budding fashion designer, got in some shopping this weekend in NYC. We were really excited to see a sneak peek of The Row, but we can't help but hope the two will get back into acting at some point too. So what do you think should be next for the Olsens?
Chris Klein and Ginnifer Goodwin screened their film, Day Zero at the Tribeca Film Festival this weekend. In the movie Chris and Elijah Wood play New Yorkers who are drafted for the military and have only 30 days to prepare for duty. Ginnifer plays Chris' wife in the film - how perfect is that? Although many couples that work together don't make it in the long run, we think it's cute that they're still going strong.
Kate Bosworth may have headed over to Maui with philanthropic intentions, but she still made some time for beach frolicking with her boyfriend James Rousseau. Heck, if you're going to Maui anyway, may as well make a vacation of it. She's still not rocking the full on surfer girl Blue Crush body, but girlfriend is looking better than she has in recent years. Beyond that, though, she looks happy with her hot little boy toy, so, brava.
After putting a collage together to celebrate Madonna's 25th anniversary in show business we realized it's been quite a while since The Material Mama has really changed up her look. However the wait is over. Madonna showed off her short strawberry blonde do this weekend in London. We're not totally loving this cut but we'll wait to see it from all sides before we make our final decision! Plus, knowing Madge, just as we start to love it she'll reinvent herself again!
Victoria Beckham stopped off in LA for a whirlwind one day visit, but obviously she found some time to shop. Obviously. Just think what it will be like when she actually lives in LA and we get to see her shopping every single day? That kind of hurts my brain. Posh was in LA to sign the papers on their new home, which is just a stones throw away from the Cruise Compound. Yay, playdates!
Rihanna bundled up for her appearance on The Late Show and looked perfectly chic while waving to her New York fans. She kept things simple in all black but mixed patterns and textures to create a unique look.
