We said it once (maybe twice or three times) but we'll say it again: Shia LaBeouf is everywhere these days, and now he's crossed over into international waters to hang out in Paris. We're much bigger fans of candid Shia than we are awards show Shia - the tousled hair and cute little smirk is definitely a big improvement for him. His hair isn't the only thing that's changing these days either; Shia's been working non-stop on getting fit for his next role in Indiana Jones 4. Here's more:

"The guy is still in premium shape," LaBeouf tells PEOPLE. "You don't want to be standing next to Harrison Ford and not be jacked also."

To get there, the Los Angeles native, 20, is working out seven days a week for three hours a day. "I'll run for an hour and then I'll do two hours of weights," he says. "I have definitely not trained like this for anything in my life. I'm preparing like I'm going into battle."

Shia sounds like he's taking his role pretty seriously, which makes us look forward to the long anticipated sequel even more. In the meantime, we're going to go ahead and vote Shia up even higher on the list, so he can start winning more celebrity faceoffs.

Fergie Fergs was looking pretty cute hanging outside her new LA home this week. My favorite hot and cold dresser recently moved into a place with her strapping piece of man, Josh Duhamel, and it looks like she's excited to show it off. She may not be dressed to the nines here, but she looks pretty cute all casual like too. Although those high tops sort of make her feet look like flippers. That being said, I love myself some Fergie and Josh, too, so them being in the same house is all the better. Uh, you know, from a stalker perspective.

Lindsay has a lot to say in the May issue of Nylon magazine and while much of it isn't very clear, it's quite entertaining as usual. In the article she apparently talks a mile a minute and things fly out of her mouth before she can think to stop them. Here are highlights:

• On why she continues to go out:
  “This is why it’s such a big deal, and why I get so worried... I’m at the point where...oh my God...I’m going to go out! I work hard enough and I know how to take care of myself. I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow. I will say, though, that it’s so much harder to stay sober in New York. Though it’s hard in L.A. not to go out, it gets lonely. Being an actress is lonely, and I never want to be alone. I hate sleeping alone.”
• On Wonderland:
  "I just think that the people [at Wonderland] weren't used to me. They've had other celebrities there, just never as hardcore as me....The people there didn't get why when we would go to meetings, instead of being in the back of the car I would be like 'I think I should drive, because they are going to chase you and it's going to be scary and we might get in an accident and we don't need that.'"
• On the paparazzi:
  "I get embarrassed about the paparazzi if I'm in a chic restaurant, or when I was in the AA meetings. I felt very disrespectful because those people are doing that for themselves and it's no one elses' business. But that was the only time it was embarrassing--other times, I obviously like it I wouldn't ever want them to not take my picture. I'd be worried. I'd be like, 'Do people not care about me?'"

Never one to keep his personal hygiene to himself, Matthew McConaughey was happy to brush his chompers outside his Malibu trailer this week. His new girlfriend, Camila Alves, was nowhere to be seen, but after seeing how much she loves trailer duties, I can't imagine she was too far away. Former Sexiest Man of the Year MM was named one of People's 50 Most Beautiful People again this year (slight downgrade, but still quite the compliment), and he wasn't ashamed to admit that his rigorous work out regimen is a combination of wanting to feel good and plain old vanity. Can't blame him too much, since being vain is a given in H'wood. Plus, he's certainly got a body worth being proud of. Yowza!

The cast of Spider-Man 3 had so many events to attend that they had to divide and conquer. Kirsten and James showed off their day-to-night looks, going casual for a photocall and formal for the actual premiere in Madrid. We can't help but notice how much happier Kirsten is snuggling up to James than to Tobey. Peter Parker would be heartbroken.
