Pam Anderson slipped back into the red lifeguard bathing suit that made her a star on Baywatch (maybe for a commercial, but we're not quite sure). You guys were pretty certain that Cindy Crawford has still got it, so now we want to know - do you think Pam is still hot?
Idol Gives Back was a great concept and we're glad they raised millions (final amount still being tallied) but the show was a little bit of a disappointment. Well I guess the duet was the biggest let down. The 6 contestants were psyched for the non-elimination round. I know I can't wait to see 2 drop off next week. Buzz predicted they would be spared an elimination and it looks like she was right. As for the highlights of last night - Gwyneth Paltrow's body! Damn those workouts have paid off! Also Sarah Michelle Gellar - stop teasing us. The loose top and non full body shots just make us think there's something brewing in that tummy. Finally, you gotta love Simon with the Simpsons. See he is a good sport.

Christina Ricci headed to DC this week to announce that she's joined RAINN, the country's largest anti-sexual assault organization as their National Spokesperson. She will accompany them next month on Capitol Hill to ask legislators to fund the Justice for all Act which will use DNA evidence to help solve a backlog of rape cases. This is obviously heavy stuff, and Christina gets big props for lending her star power and passion to the cause.
Ashley Olsen hit Manhattan with her beefy bodyguard in tow this week. She looked pretty dressed down and like she was enjoying the warmer weather in that short skirt. Yay! She is dressed appropriate for the season! Olsen recognizing weather patterns! Wheee! Sorry, sorry, there's been Olsen shortage recently. Her penchant for shopping and improved ability to dress herself aside, Fab's got a look at the upcoming designs for The Row (her fashion line with MK) and it looks good. Maybe my favorite pint sized fashionistas will have an adult career yet.
Robert De Niro's Tribeca Film Festival opened last night in an unconventional way. Al Gore hosted the event, which began with 9 short films about the environment in lieu of a full-length, big name movie like Spiderman-3 (which will premiere later on at Tribeca). The films are produced by SOS (Save Our Selves), which works towards raising awareness about global warming and climate change.
It's awesome that giving back and environmental awareness is becoming the hot new celebrity trend these days. Hopefully Hollywood can continue to use its fame to influence America to start getting serious about saving our planet.

Remember yesterday when we first told you about Hugh Grant's bean-related attack on a pesky paparazzi? Apparently it wasn't all fun and side dishes. The actor was arrested by London police on suspicion of assault. He was released on bail soon after. I guess this just goes to show that when you take your baked beans home in a doggie bag, it's probably best not to throw them at the paparazzi, no matter how much they're asking for it.
Rihanna bundled up for her appearance on The Late Show and looked perfectly chic while waving to her New York fans. She kept things simple in all black but mixed patterns and textures to create a unique look.
