Just when I was starting to wonder where Owen was as his lady Kate hung out around NYC with little Ryder, he's finally shown up. But even after their public Ivy dining in LA, the two were back to their covert ways, exiting Hudson's apartment ten minutes apart so as not to be photographed together. So sneaky those two. Awww, I can't get annoyed with these two for not hanging out in public together, even all bundled up they're just too sunny and cute.

Awwww, every day should be Ryan takes Deacon to work day! Arghh, too cute (every time). It looks like little Deacon is really loving the movie set, perhaps he's got a future in show biz? He certainly has the smashdorable face for it! He's going to be such a heartbreaker. Watch out Zahara, Apple, and Violet! Man, I can't wait for all these little celeb kids to grow up (I'm such a dork).
Britney was looking good (minus the leg warmers) as she headed to the dance studio again. Looks like all that working out is paying off. Most of those hours she used to spend at the clubs are now spent engaged in more healthy activities. Some people are worried that her shopping habit is filling the substance void a little too easily. InTouch Weekly is reporting that she's spent $60,000 on wigs, hats, jewelry and clothes in the last week alone! Here's more:

“She’s acting like a child,” addiction specialist Clare Waismann — who doesn’t treat Spears — told ITW. “This is not normal behavior. Her whole demeanor is strange. She’s not doing well.”
After seeing that weird video she made us think she is still in some need of help however retail therapy is way better than whatever she was doing before rehab! We're just happy to see her getting back in shape and we're still ignoring rumors that she's doing it any other way than what we see here -- hitting the dance studio and working on her moves.
We couldn't resist bringing some rare Johnny Depp pictures, even though they are a couple of weeks old. The good news is they are still new since they were just released. Anyway, Johnny took Vanessa and his adorable blondes, Jack and Lily-Rose for a stroll along the Thames in London during some time off from shooting Sweeney Todd. We're so glad to see that Lily-Rose looks like she's doing much better since her health scare back in March. Hopefully as the premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean 3 approaches, we'll have lots more yummy Johnny pics coming your way.
Last night we watched the final 7 but it should have been the final 2. Blake and Melinda were by far the most entertaining and talented. Sanjaya is not worth even talking about. Poor Bonnie Raitt. She must have been so bummed to hear her song so butchered. The most noteworthy part of the evening was when Chris Richardson sent condolences to the VA Tech families. Simon was caught on camera rolling his eyes. Thankfully (more for FOX, Idol, and their sponsors) Simon sent his condolences as well on behalf of the judges and then explained why this might have been an off week for the contestants. Even better, today Simon is saying he's horrified about the eye roll and that he was reacting to Chris' nasal comment. We're actually glad he said something today since we knew that was a totally inappropriate reaction even for Simon.
