We've gotten so used to seeing Kate run around in sunny Australia that we barely recognized her all bundled up in rainy NYC! Earlier this week she hung out with her famous friends at the opening of Tom Ford's new boutique without her now public boyfriend Owen. We wonder if he is waiting on the west coast for her return to keep her warm.

Earlier this week PopSugar had a special opportunity to chat with the beautiful and talented Sloan from HBO's Entourage. The other night Emmanuelle Chriqui looked fabulous in jeans and white blouse (she says she's a jeans and T-shirt girl at heart, after all) at the premiere of Fracture. Emmanuelle was an absolute sweetheart and dished to us about her favorite designers, running with superfamous soccer players, and life on the set of Entourage. Here are highlights:

• PopSugar: What is it like to be one of the only girls on the set with all the boys of Entourage?
  Emmanelle Chriqui: (laughs) I was a very lucky girl.... All of them are such gentlemen. It was like having all this attention on you and everyone taking care of you (laughs). It was fun. Never uncomfortable. It always just felt like a family, except it just happened to be a male dominated family.
• PS: How much are you like your own character on the show?
  EC: We have things in common. I’d say we have a very similar essence which is probably why I was cast in the first place. But as far as the kind of things like, you know… being the daughter of a high power agent… all like Beverly Hills and all that stuff, I don’t have that in common with her at all. I mean, I’m so, so the opposite (laughs)!

• Joe Francis was charged yesterday with having prescription sleeping pills in his cell and bribing a prison guard for a bottle of water. Guess he doesn't realize he is not getting any special treatment behind bars. - AP

Ashlee's style has been a bit back and forth these days. When getting cozy with boyfriend Pete in Las Vegas they were wearing matching hoodies and barely looked showered. Yet here at the opening of Runway Lounge in New York Ashlee looks cute again (we are looking past the fact that she looked like a totally different person 2 years ago). We prefer Ashlee looking cute and flirty but we're betting it doesn't last long. Her man Pete is in New York too.

We haven't seen much of Debra Messing since her lovably quirky Will & Grace days. Apparently she's been spending time in NYC with her husband and son (and shopping for jewelry by the looks of it) - but she'll be back on the small screen soon. This May, Debra stars in a new series on USA called The Starter Wife. The show based on the bestselling novel is about a woman who divorces her Hollywood exec husband and starts a new life for herself. Sounds like the perfect guilty pleasure.

We just told you we weren't excited about Kate and Pete's dirty reunion. These two need to take their crazy antics down a notch (or 12) but there's no denying how in love they are or the potential of how cute they can be together when they aren't hanging out of windows. They're obviously not afraid to share their relationship with the world - Pete even dedicated a song to his "fiancee" before the couple performed a duet at his concert this week. We'll continue to focus on the cute pics rather than wonder why Kate thinks it's a good idea to hang out of a window like that.

Hey guess what? Tell me if you've heard this one before. Britney went shopping and came in wearing one thing but went out wearing another. She seemed in good spirits for being followed everywhere. Lucky for us she finally ditched the hideous boots but now we are hoping she'll just share her hair with us. Women have shaved their heads before. Britney should be confident to show hers off already. Besides, I am sure curious.
