Sarah Jessica Parker the actress/designer, who makes even ripped jeans and Chuck Taylors look fab, rushed into the car in true Carrie Bradshaw style this week in NYC (as if that needs to be said). Speaking of Carrie, the Sex and the City movie rumors are back, but this time word is that it's finally a go. While I personally don't think that a SatC movie would ever turn out as great as the hopes and expectations (as in, I would never get my Aidan return, would I?), that's certainly not to say that I wouldn't watch it. Okay, fine I'm totally curious to see what (if, definitely if it exists) they could create. Even if Kim Cattrall sort of freaks me out these days.

We're big fans of Marky Mark, so imagine how excited we were to hear a very sweet story from one of our fabulous readers who was lucky enough to bump into him outside a taping for the Jimmy Kimmel show. Turns out Mark is so down to earth and just as nice as we'd hope he would be. Here's more:

Hey, I thought I'd share my experience with you guys about when I met Mark
Wahlberg. I caught him leaving the Jimmy Kimmel Show on March 20, 2007. He was SO nice and signed autographs and took pictures with everyone! He is kinda short, but that doesn't take away from his HOTNESS! I accidentally stepped on his shoe and I said, "Omg, I'm sorry, I stepped on your shoe," and he replied, "No, it's okay, just as long as I don't step on yours."
He has hand on my waist and I have mine around his but you can't see it in the picture because it's covered. I wish it would've shown, but, oh well, lol. I asked him to sign my phone and he did.

Drew may have gotten some quality vacation time in with Cameron, but now she's back to business, complete with Blackberry in hand. She has a new movie coming out in May called Lucky You and is set to produce and star in Grey Gardens. Obviously, she likes to have a lot on her plate because she also just signed on to produce a film adaptation of the self-help book "He's just not that into you." We've got to hand it to this girl - she might be a bit of a workaholic, but she still manages to keep herself in shape by hitting up the bar method. Hopefully, she manages to squeeze in a minute or two for Spike as well!

Pictures of Isla Fisher grocery shopping in LA? I think this officially means she's big. Well, to me she's big at least (and getting bigger, pregnant style?!? Heh). While I heart Isla for her own work (Wedding Crashers -- Don't ever leave me, 'cause I'd fiiiiiind you), interviewers still want to ask about her fiance, Sacha Baron Cohen, aka Borat. Here's a highlight from a recent interview with USA Today:

Q: Are you and Sacha ever going to work together?
A: Never say never, but not right now.
Q: People are curious about you two. What are you always asked?
A: A question I find really stupid is if I'd rather go out with Borat, Bruno or Ali G. One is an anti-Semitic racist with a handlebar moustache. Another is a sexist idiot. And a gay Austrian. How is that a question I can answer?
Clearly from those options, she's gonna have to go with Bruno (the gay Austrian), but something tells me that Isla is just going to stick with Sacha for now.

America Ferrera looks anything but ugly in this month's W Magazine. While she may not look like an Ugly Betty, apparently she's very much like her TV counterpart at heart. In the interview, America talks about growing up as an outsider, dealing with media attention, and her rise to stardom. Here are highlights:

- On growing up in a predominately white community:"As early as second grade I remember feeling really different and isolated," she says. "I had the hugest crush on a boy, and my best friend had a crush on him too. One day he said to me, 'I like your best friend more because she's paler and she has freckles.' And it was right then that I began to feel like, Oh wow, I'm different."
- On her decision to join the cast of Ugly Betty:
"Honestly I never saw myself doing TV," says Ferrera, "but Salma was so convincing. Salma is the kind of person who could sell you, like, a used stereo. She promised me that it would be done in the right way, and I just trusted her."
- On being in the limelight:
In February one weekly gossip rag ran with a story that Ferrera and Williams were engaged, giving rise to BETTY TO WED headlines all over the Internet. "It's totally not true!" she insists of the rumor. "And his mom called me and my sisters were calling me, and I was like, 'Are you kidding? Did you not think I would tell you first?' And then I put out a statement that it wasn't true, and that became a whole news story. So now it's news when something doesn't happen? Like, news flash: California did not get hit by a hurricane today."
We love that America has a sense of humor about her fame and is one of the more grounded young stars out there. She certainly represents a big step in the right direction towards providing a better role model for young girls.

Judging from how full the Lachey brothers' backpacks are, I assume they weren't stuck reading the Skymall catalogue* on the plane wherever they were flying this week. Nick also looks to be involved in a pretty intense pre-flight phone call, and considering he's on the receiving end of a new lawsuit, can't say I blame him. He and his friend AJ DiScala (among others) are being accused of breach-of-contract by a woman who claims she was written out of her contract as part owner of the ABA team the celebs bought last summer. That's quite a mouthful (and sounds like a headache), so hopefully that'll all turn out okay. In the meantime, Lachey brothers sans ladies at LAX. Good times.

*Depressing nostalgia break: Remember when Nick gave Jessica a jewelry cleaner she wanted from Skymall with a tennis bracelet inside it for Christmas on The Newlyweds? Awwww. Okay, back to reality.
