Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson and...Kim Stewart (ugh.) made the trek up to Malibu this weekend for a little post shopping lunch. Apparently Lindsay and Kim thought it would be cute if they dressed like twins. Fun Elementary School Style! I guess it's wrong to say that I expected more from Lohan than hanging out with Kim Stewart. Maybe she's really, uh, cool? Just trying to say something nice.

Mandy may have glowed at the Kids' Choice Awards, but apparently she wasn't feeling quite so sunny yesterday in LA. Not only was she dressed almost entirely in black but she was also sporting a knee-high boot on her right leg. Hopefully, Mandy's mystery injury is all healed by the time she's scheduled to perform at one lucky high school's graduation ceremony this year. Students from 10 different cities will have the chance to submit videos explaining why their school is the most "Extraordinary" (her new album title, too); the winner will supposedly be chosen by Mandy herself. Even though graduating seniors aren't always the most attentive bunch, we're sure the lucky class will be psyched.

Not even Justin himself was safe from the slime at this weekend's Kids' Choice Awards - one of the more laid back (and definitely messiest) awards shows that Hollywood has to offer. JT took home the award for favorite male singer (though he did lose his Best Burp title to the whole audience's belch), while Dakota and Adam Sandler snagged orange blimps for male and female favorite movie star. Winning isn't everything, though - a few lucky presenters including (a seriously buff) Steve Carell and Tobey Maguire took part in the sliming, too. Vince Vaughn even helped JT close the show with a slime explosion. It may not be as prestigious as the Oscars, but this definitely looks like the most fun awards show of the year - we love seeing the celebs cutting lose and embracing their immature sides, not to mention showing the love for their youngest fans.

Carmen put on quite the show at Dinah Shore Week (aka, lesbian spring break) on Saturday. The annual girl Bacchanalia takes place in Palm Springs and holds court for thousands of women from all over the country. Word was that Carmen, who is followed by rumors that she is more than friends with Joan Jett, was going to make some sort of huge announcement this weekend. No word yet as to what that was, but I somehow doubt anything exciting went down. It sounds like more than anything else she likes having fun with the rumors and, apparently, putting on a little show for the ladies. Somehow I doubt that any of the attendees were complaining.

Kate and Owen have been an item for a while now, but their cycle-heavy love has, until this weekend, played out overseas. Lucky for us (or those of us who love this flaxen haired duo at least), Kate's filming schedule in Australia was delayed due to a jellyfish scare, which brought her back to LA to lunch at The Ivy with Owen on Friday. Obviously these two are ready to go very public with their relationship, otherwise no reason to dine at The Ivy. They're looking pretty cute* these days (and only 80% like siblings), too. Though they should probably get back to the beach soon -- it's their native habitat after all.

*Though, are Kate's sunglasses the kind that are made to be worn over real glasses. Nerd alert! (Which isn't saying I've never owned those.)

This weekend JT hosted the Nickelodeon's 20th Annual Kids' Choice Awards and all the usual suspects showed up for their young fans. Since it's Nick, the celebs walked an orange carpet instead of the usual red. Gwen was there to perform and she wore her usual black and white and tall hair/high waisted look. Jamie Lynn Spears glowed with a nice tan and lots of gold. My favorite Hero, Hiro, was there looking adorably sharp while Adam Levine from Maroon 5 looked like he was trying a little too hard. Besides, he certainly cannot pull off the Ascot look like Beckham. As for those Fanning girls, I must say little Dakota sure looks cute for a girl about to enter her awkward teens and her little sis Elle is looking like quite the super-mini-model. Talk about striking a pose.

Uh, sorry, do I even need to write anything here? Orlando Bloom, in his scruffy hotness (leather jacket, to boot), holding a puppy checking out the Atelier apartment building with Miranda Kerr, an Australian model, on Friday. A tiny little puppy! Cutest. Ever. I know I sound like a total dork, but -- swoon. I can't believe I am so late to the game on this Orlando being hot thing, but seriously, he is totally in his prime right now. Right?

Off topic (like there ever was one), doesn't Miranda look a little like a young(er) Katie Holmes?
