Tobey Maguire demonstrated some inventive freestyle baby holding in Malibu with his adorable family this weekend. Little Ruby doesn't seem to mind much about being carried like a football though. In fact, the three of them are really quite precious and is it just me or is Tobey looking better than ever? It's a wonder what holding an adorable little baby will do for a man.

Ginnifer, Ali, and Kirsten were among the celebs who flocked to the Imitation of Christ fashion show in LA last night. The starlets were in surprisingly light-hearted spirits considering the runway was littered with bones (eew). Heck, Kirsten looks downright giddy (maybe drunk) at the after party! Perhaps that has something to do with her awesome new movie role...or finding herself a new shaggy haired rocker type; she was supposedly seen making out with Razorlight frontman Johnny Borell this weekend at SXSW. Judging from her recent choice in men (Fab especially) she does love herself a floppy-locked rocker, so this dude sounds right up her alley. Who knows, maybe she scored herself something hot for her next rock star rendezvous at the show.

Lindsay continued her string of interesting fashion choices with this Punky Brewster meets Michael Jackson pink striped glove (but we'll give her props for keeping her shirt buttoned). Between that and her insatiable thirst, Lindsay has been attracting lots of media attention in NYC this week. The paparazzi aren't the only ones who are noticing her either - apparently Wilmer Valderrama tried to re-kindle their old flame with a little karaoke serenading the other night. Here's more:

"He tried to talk to her, but she didn't have much time for him," noted our spywitness. "Then he grabbed a microphone and said, 'Lindsay, this is for you.'"
In front of the packed house, Valderrama sang these lyrics from Matchbox 20's "Back 2 Good:"
"Just stand there/I could say so much
But I don't go there cuz I don't want to I was thinking if you were lonely Maybe we could leave here and no one would know
... I'm lonely now and I don't know how to get it back to good."
After the guy sang his heart out, Lohan, now sitting at a table with five pals, including Samantha Ronson, yelled out for all to hear:
"It's too late!" Oh. No. You. Dih-int. "Wilmer tried to take it like a man," says our clubgoer. "But he left a few minutes later. He headed up to PM."
Usually LL loves some male attention, but apparently Wilmer is not hot enough for her these days. Maybe next time he should try striking up a conversation about common interests - like amateur DJing perhaps?

Paris was dressed to the nines out celebrating St Patty's in LA this weekend, but she was missing one of her most common accessories – Stravros. It turns out the on-again-off-again couple has split. An insider tells Life & Style that Paris has "been getting tired of him for a while. She feels he's just too insecure and immature.” Mr. Niarchos is apparently all torn up about the split, but we’re sure he’ll have no problem finding himself a woman or ten to comfort him. Meanwhile, Paris wasted no time in finding herself a (wasted looking) new man, Desperate Housewives' (and Ashlee Simpson ex) Josh Henderson. They were evidently seen making out on a couch like teenagers this weekend. Classy! Let's see how long this one lasts.

Halle was looking hot last night for the Miami premiere of her new film Perfect Stranger. In the film she plays a woman who investigates the murder of a friend and gets caught up in an obsessive online relationship. Bruce Willis also stars in the movie but didn't make it to the premiere. Last week we heard that her man Gabriel was getting ready to propose. Halle, however, is sticking to her guns and says marriage just isn't for her. Here's more:
I will never, never get married again," the Oscar winner, 40, says in the April issue of InStyle...."Actually it's just that now I've come to a place where I think two people can share their lives without the ring, without the piece of paper."
"After my last relationship [with actor Michael Ealy] broke up I was feeling like, well, it wasn't that I didn't want to be in a relationship, it's just that I thought it would be okay to be on my own," she tells InStyle. "But he was disarmingly sweet and caring and different. In the past I've been attracted to big personalities. Gabriel was shy. He hardly talked to me at first."
But that just made him more appealing. "I had to work at this a little," she says. "It wasn't a slam dunk; it wasn't the guy just showering affection on me. It made it more interesting. We were equally matched – put it that way."
We understand that after two marriages and some hefty alimony payments she wouldn't want to get married again. Still, she's not going to let that stop her from having children. She wants them "very much," she says. Besides, the new trend in Hollywood is not getting married but having babies. Combining her genes with Gabriel's could create one gorgeous baby!

Aww, you'd begun to think we'd fallen out of love with Victoria Beckham, didn't you? It's been over a week since we last checked in with our for-the-moment flaxen haired clothes horse and look! She's just as cute as ever! While David was off visiting his Soccer Academy, Posh did what Posh does (shopped). Meanwhile, Victoria's enormous ring? Yup, still shockingly enormous. Phew.

Justin managed to get away from his FutureSex/LoveTour long enough to do a photoshoot and interview for the April cover of Details Magazine. He looks dapper, as usual, in the pics, but inside the article it's clear that some of the pressures are starting to get to him. A far cry from the doe eyed boyband star, Justin voices his frustration about the Grammys, the media, and the pressures of being a pop idol. Here are highlights:

- On the tabloids: "I despise what they do. They create soap operas out of people's lives. [Britney and I] had our thing, and it's over. They edit that stuff like MTV edits reality shows. It's a spin game, and I choose not to take part in it."
- On being considered the New King of Pop: "I tried so hard to be an R&B artist [with first solo album Justified] and it was the pop album of the year, and I was like, 'Fuck. That's the last thing I wanted but I was like, 'So everyone considers me a pop artist? Well, fuck it. I'm going to do whatever I want to do."
- On surviving the boy-band apocalypse and becoming a man: "I could give you a bunch of analogies about why I'm still around that would sound like hippie self-help bullshit. 'I saw an opportunity and I took it?' Fuck you. Sure, there's a lot of luck involved. But on some level I have to believe in my ability. And I'm not apologizing to anyone. I worked fucking hard to get here."
- On being used by the Grammys for ratings: "I'm the nice guy who follows through on the things he commits to. But I don't know if I'll be going through that sort of thing again. I feel like the Grammys used me for ratings. And look at it-they were up 18 percent."
Usually we've got nothing but love for JT, but he sure does sound a bit cocky (not to mention crabby) here. He clearly works hard and his talents are more than worthy of the attention he gets, but where's the sweet Southern boy who takes his mom to awards shows? And ripping on the Grammys? Careful Justin - don't bite the hand that feeds you!
