Heidi and Seal, ever the involved parents, teamed up to bring little Leni to school in Beverly Hills this week. No word as to what wounded Seal (perhaps it was too much clubbing? Groan...), but he certainly wasn't about to let a little plastic boot and crutches action stop him from walking his step daughter into class. Heidi was obviously endearing, orange shoes and all, which once again reminds me how completely kid before Christmas thrilled I am for the return of Project Runway (visions of Michael Korsisms running through my head). Plus, there's officially Tim Gunn Included. Yay!
Jessica Biel certainly likes to bounce from boy to boy (i.e. Derek Jeter one week, JT the next), so we hardly gave it much thought when she and Ryan Reynolds were first spotted together way back in February. They were co-stars in Blade and all so maybe they were just catching up on some good Wesley Snipes gossip. It turns out, however, that Ryan may be more than Jessica's flavor of the week. Here's more:
An eyewitness claims the couple "looked really close" while eating at Cuban restaurant Babalu in Santa Monica, California on 19 February (07) saying, "They knew people were watching them, so they didn't hold hands or kiss, but when they left the restaurant, they hid behind the bush. Were they kissing? Maybe." Five days later they were spotted again at West Hollywood's Astro Burger diner laughing and enjoying lunch before Biel flew to Paris for the spring fashion shows and Reynolds began work on his new movie.
While we know that hiding in bushes does not mean this is a serious relationship, it certainly is sounding more interesting. Also, these Reynolds rendezvous could explain why she was so exhausted upon arriving in Paris. We will certainly be keeping an eye on these two so stay tuned.
Some things never change, and, like clockwork, when the lights go down in NY, the Lindsay comes out to play. This time, though, she has an extra special accessory with her -- the new GQ, on which she is the cover model. Considering her last self-inflaming GQ photoshoot, it should be hot (literally). Hey, the girl can certainly take a fierce picture. Meanwhile, we've finally got the first preview of Georgia Rule, the movie that made Lindsay's irresponsibility famous last Summer. It's cute to think of how far we've come (fallen?) since the days when a starlet late to work was even a little bit shocking? Sigh.
Christina took a break from her tour to take in a hockey game. The pop star performed in the venue the night before but this time she was a spectator watching the Vancouver Canucks lose to the Minnesota Wild. Christina sported her toned down red lips and a casual bundled up attire. The constantly evolving Christina opens up about changing her look. She said:
"I'm not the same person who released 'Genie' and then 'Dirrty,' " Aguilera told Nylon magazine. "I have this overconfidence with my sexuality because I feel empowered by it, and I love being in control of every facet of what I do."
We were not a fan of Christina during her dirrty days but we enjoy watching her evolve and this 50's pin-up version is very likable. Considering all her incarnations, it's no wonder she was voted Hollywood's Hottest Blonde!
Celebrity Babyganza'07 has certainly toned down this week (you know, other than the occassional baby boy birth and Jolie-Pitt adoption), but that doesn't mean we don't still get little gems like this one! Maggie, Peter and little Ramona were out and about in NYC, enjoying the unseasonably warm Winter weather. Ignoring Peter's overly exposed smooth man chest (okay, then), isn't Maggie looking especially hot momma in these pics? Perhaps there's a comic book vixen in her after all.
Singer and actress Selena Gomez posed for pictures at the 2009 American Music Awards with a pretty pink smile on her face. She took advantage of the occasion and went glam; wearing a Talbot Runhof sequin dress with black strappy heels.
