We are super excited to finally introduce you to our newest feature: The PopSugar 100 List!!

What is it? Well, we've put together profile pages for the biggest celebrities in Hollywood (Do you think it's missing someone? Tell us who here.) for you, our readers to rate on five criteria (likeability, talent, style, class and looks). From there we will take your votes, combine them with the elusive "Pop Factor" (complex equations and all) and put together The PopSugar 100 List, to be released June 1 (and each June 1 from then on) of the current hottest celebs.

Each profile page contains so much more than just the voting, though. It's basically a huge Internet Mash-Up, combining YouTube videos, Wikipedia entries, Flickr photos, Sugar Network Stories and Pop's pictures. Enough for ya? You can also sign up to be "A Fan" of a celeb (like being a friend on TeamSugar) and leave guestbook entries about your favorite stars. Wheee!

Your vote counts every day, so be sure to come back and update it if your feelings change. Did someone you didn't like give an awesome interview? Raise their likability. Did your favorite starlet wear an awful outfit? Lower his or her mark on style!

Beyonce and Jay-Z were out again in NY last night, this time to celebrate the 25th Birthday of Tocarra, who has probably done many more things in her life, but to me is still a girl from Cycle 3 of ANTM. Though they weren't photographed together, both illustrious members of Team B-Jay looked to be in top form at the party. Cause even when Jay's in his casual wear, he's still got the snazziest watch at the party. Also, surprisingly, B's totally not trying to upstage the birthday girl by wearing some ridiculous get-up. Who's humble(ish) now? Okay, I made that humble part up...

Halle took full advantage of the warm LA weather in her white-hot sundress while shopping yesterday. Looking at how glamorous she is now, you'd never guess that she was once so broke she was forced to live in a homeless shelter. In the April issue of Reader's Digest she talks all about the difficult road to success and the tough love from her mother that helped to get her there. Here are highlights:

"When I moved to Chicago, [my mother] drove me there, but I don't think she ever thought it would pan out. After a month or two, I ran out of money and called her. I said, Mom, I hate to ask you this, but could you send me some money? I just have rent money; I can't eat this week. And she said no. She said, "I'm not going to start this calling home asking Mom for money. No, figure it out or come home." I was so mad. I didn't speak to her for a year and a half."

"But I'm actually grateful she did that, because it taught me how to take care of myself and that I could live through any situation, even if it meant going to a shelter for a small stint, or living within my means, which were meager."

"But a girl had to do what a girl had to do. You can do that when you're 21 and ambitious and your eyes are this big and you don't want to go home," she tells the mag. "I became a person who knows that I will always make my own way."

First Jennifer Garner and now Halle? Sounds like opening up about your days as a struggling actress is the thing to do! Obviously Halle's determination (and probably something to do with those good looks) is part of what has kept her in the game and won her an Oscar. We bet that gorgeous supermodel boyfriend isn't such a bad part of success, either.

Owen Wilson hit the Hawaii beach with bizarro Kate Hudson this week. Seriously though, for the first few minutes of looking at these pics, I thought it was Kate Hudson, just not looking exactly like herself. But no, not Kate Hudson...just a woman, in a swimsuit, who has a profile vaguely like Kate's. I sincerely hope, though, this doesn't mean the end of my favorite free-wheeling lovers -- bizarro Hudson is fine for a beach romp, but nothing beats the real Kate/Owen in terms of cuddly-adorable-puppy-ness. Sorry, a little overboard with the cute! there.

Pete and Kate took some time out of their rock n roll lifestyle to celebrate his birthday this week in the Cotwolds. It looks like time in the country has been good for the couple. While we understandably give Pete a pretty hard time, it's hard to argue that he just adores Kate. Her birthday present to Pete included a romantic picnic and helicopter ride. Apparently the couple continued to keep us guessing if they are married by wearing rings on their wedding fingers.

Orlando, who is still bringing the hotness* but perhaps not quite as much as last week, was spotted out to dinner in LA last night. He was accompanied by (gasp!) an unidentified woman (someone identify this woman!) but judging from the body language I'd say it's not romantic. Plus, it would be tragic for this rumored Penelope/Orlando dalliance to end before we ever even get to see those two together, now wouldn't it?

*I've said it once, I'll say it again, day-um, when did Orlando become such a smoldering man? I guess he's almost 30. I probably should have realized this sooner. What a difference a haircut makes, eh?

Cameron and Jude hooked back up this week in Tokyo to promote the release of The Holiday in Japan. The movie, which was also released on DVD yesterday here in the states (so be sure to add it on your Netflix!), is all about love - which just happened to be the topic of conversation when Cammie and Jude got together this week. Neither have had much luck with relationships lately but that doesn't mean they've given up. Both are still very much in the game. Here are highlights:

• Cameron Diaz is "open" about new encounters, she told reporters in Tokyo on Wednesday, saying "I want somebody to come and show me what he's got."
• "You just gotta do it," Diaz said. "You just gotta get out there and seek those things out for yourself. Life is definitely a roller-coaster, it's an adventure and it's just all about how you participate in it, if you choose to participate in it, and about going out there and having a good time and good things come to you."
• Law, meanwhile, advised taking a hint from their movie...."I think you've got to make change, look in yourself, fall in love with yourself and people will fall in love with you."

Ahh Jude, we were just starting to wonder if you'd lost your charm! If only he would stop hanging out with young party girls! As for Cameron, she's obviously having a fun time playing the field, and looking super cute while she's doing it!
