Paris hit hot spot Winston's last night with her sister Nicky. There's no doubt that Paris is totally in love with herself, but those who were invited to her birthday party had to be surprised to see how into herself she truly is. The entrance included a huge sign-in board that was a giant portrait of the heiress. Apparently the guests were told to write her gushing messages on it. As expected, this wasn't the only large portrait of Paris in the place since the girl loves to surround herself with, well, herself. Looks like she'll always have one fan forever.

Jennifer Hudson sure has had one hell of a year. She has won award after award and now her hometown of Chicago declared March 6th Jennifer Hudson Day. She even got a plaque to prove it! I wonder if she'll keep it next to her Oscar. To top off the day, she also signed on with Avon to be the next spokesperson for their Imari brand and upcoming fragrance, Imari Seduction. She sure is doing well for herself. Perhaps it's time to think about her next movie role.

I stand by my original statement that I think Jennifer Lopez might actually be growing younger. I'm not sure how she does it. And I'm not sure there isn't some serious trickery of smoke and mirrors and whatnot going on. But I do think homegirl looks great (at the very least this is a way better look than what she was rocking on stage last weekend), even if I can't stare directly at the yellow dress without my eyes hurting.

We know that Kirsten understands the importance of taking a break. It is quite clear from the recent pictures of her enjoying her Hawaiian vacation. In fact, in the April issue of W Magazine she talks about getting a little burnt out which resulted in taking time off from reading scripts. Apparently after Marie Antoinette didn't do so well she also decided she wanted to do something lighter. Here's more from W:
- On Marie Antoinette:
"After Marie Antoinette, I was feeling that I had to prove myself," she says, pulling the sleeves of her V-neck sweater down over her hands. She sniffles a little. "Ugh. Like, I didn't do it. I didn't prove myself enough." But she says she quickly snapped herself out of it: "Then I thought, Whatever. I'm in a really happy place, and I want to do a fun movie. Why do I want to be superserious chick all the time? I have a dark side, but I also like comedy, so I think next I want to do something that's super over-the-top."
- On Being an Actress
"I'm okay with it. I love what I do, and I know that I've been given this gift," she says. "But there was a time when I wasn't, of course. And if I didn't struggle with it, I probably wouldn't be a good actress at all. I used to feel like I had to be the best at what I did, but I realized I don't have to be the best. It's so freeing. I've never been this happy."
Sounds like this little break is doing her some good. The girl has been working since she was three years old and she certainly deserves some rest. Still, we can't wait to see her this summer in Spider-Man 3 -- we think she's a fabulous Mary Jane!

We are sad to report that Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis' daughter, Lily-Rose, is quite sick. The actor and his girlfriend have apparently been with their 7-year-old daughter in the hospital for the past 9 days and her condition has been described as "serious." Johnny has understandably postponed filming on his new movie until his daughter is in a better condition. There is no word as to the specifics of Lily-Rose's sickness, but we hope for a full and speedy recovery.
