Paris' lawyers are about to go into overtime (if they aren't there already). She's already got them suing over Paris Exposed and defending her alleged breach of contract with Club Paris (not to mention Nicky's whole hotel fiasco, but hopefully she has her own lawyers). Now Paris is considering yet another lawsuit. She's evidently furious over gifts she was given during her trip to Vienna last week. The gifts, a wristwatch, BlackBerry, and pair of skis were handed to her at a mall and she's afraid the pictures will be used as commercial promotion for the products. It must be so strange to worry that simply holding a product means you're endorsing it. Somehow we think Paris will get out of this mess pretty easily, that, or she'll end up with even more lucrative endorsement contracts she didn't even try to sign up for.

Pete Wentz, Ashlee Simpson's on-again/off-again friend with benefits, is notoriously loose-lipped and his interview in next week's Rolling Stone is no exception. While he and Ash were certainly never officially an item, they certainly seemed to spend some nights looking awfully cozy. I'm not sure how many more of those lucky trysts Pete is going to be on the receiving end of when she reads this most recent interview. Here's more:

"Maybe in a different universe, we'd be some hot couple, but not in this one." Wentz even goes as far as to take a veiled swipe at his close "friend," saying, "I'm attracted to creative people and train wrecks, and there's no shortage of that in Los Angeles."

Nice, Pete. So which one is Ashlee, a creative person, a train wreck, or a little bit of both? Maybe he was calling her a creative person? Sigh, he was totally calling her a train wreck, wasn't he?

Jennifer and Jamie were having a blast as they celebrated her Giant Magazine cover last night in Beverly Hills. Jennifer sure has a lot to be excited about these days. Magazine covers, a slew of awards and it has just been announced that she will be performing at the Oscars this weekend. Dreamgirls may have not been nominated in the Best Picture category, but the cast will reunite on stage Sunday night performing together once again.

Stop me if you've heard this one before...For the third time in one week, Britney Spears has checked herself into Rehab. This has to be some sort of record. According to TMZ, the emergency custody hearing Kevin was granted for today has been cancelled. Britney's father also spoke to Fox news, choosing not to get into specifics, describing Britney as "a sick little girl ... we're just trying to care of her." Also that Brit's problems are "not about what other people think." I think it goes without saying that we all hope for the best for Britney, and wish that she is finally able and, more importantly, willing to get the help that she so desperately needs.

While we can't wait for Beckham and his giant paycheck to come play for the LA Galaxy, it must still be hard for David to have lost not only his captain's role, but his entire spot on England's national soccer team last summer. Perhaps his plans to come play over in the states (where the culture of soccer isn't a way of life yet) have let him relax a bit on the field for Real Madrid, because his level of play is back up to what made him famous. For that reason, England's head coach is reportedly considering bringing Beckham back to the team. Congrats to David for re-proving himself as more than just a pretty face (and body). I don't think I speak for myself here when I say, if it means more of Beckham on the soccer field...hooray.
