Don't worry, Kate is not crying for real. She's in character and still shooting The Girl in the Park. And she's gone back to being a blonde. We really liked her short stint as a brunette, but the blonde looks best. Still, going back and forth with different colors can't be good on her hair! Oh the sacrifices celebs make for our entertainment!

Adam was spotted going for a walk with a friend in West Hollywood. Besides seriously wondering what he was thinking when he got dressed (seriously WTF is that hat about?!?), we can't help but wonder where Rachel is. We saw Rachel last week without Adam, and now we see Adam without Rachel. Let's just hope he's on his way to pick her up and the rumors about the break up of one of our favorite couples isn't true.

Jay-Z may be number one on the charts with his post-retirement album Kingdom Come, but what's even more impressive is that AI alum, Chris Daughtry scored a strong number 2. We loved Chris on AI last season. In fact, we were as shocked as he was when he was voted off. However, it looks like things worked out well for Chris and it was a good decision to not join the already existing group Fuel since his first solo album sold 304,000 copies. Score for Chris! Check out Chris showing off his tattoo on Ellen the other day.

It may not be the Emmys or the Golden Globes but the Family TV Awards are still important. That's because someone should recognize the family friendly programming on television these days. Last night was the eighth annual Family Awards in Beverly Hills. Stephen Collins and Haylie Duff hosted the ceremony which airs on December 12th on the CW. Jennifer Love Hewitt won best actress for her work on The Ghost Whisperer. Dancing with the Stars took reality show honors and Ugly Betty won for best new series. We still can't believe J Love won a best actress award - good for her.

Beverly Mitchell, David Krumholtz, Drew Lachey, Emily Procter, Emmitt Smith, Eric Mabius, Howie Mandel, Stephen Collins, Tony Plana, Ashley Jensen and many more were all there as well. To check out the pics just read more
Nicole sought help for not having an eating disorder about a month ago, and even ditched her stylist in order to live a healthier life. Now sources are confirming she really is making excellent progress and that she's gained 5 pounds. People reports:

"She has (put on) at least 5 lbs.," says a source close to the actress. "She wants to prove she's trying to change."
Richie, who before seeking treatment had dropped to around 90 lbs., hit the American Music Awards last week in a short vintage Christian Dior dress with the help of new style consultant Cristina Ehrlich looking "much healthier," said an onlooker.
Now she's ready to shoot the fifth installment of her reality show The Simple Life, which was postponed due to her treatment. Says her on-again pal and Simple Life costar Paris Hilton: "She looks better than she's ever looked. I love it."
So, it would seem, does Richie. "She’s doing great," says a friend who spoke to her over Thanksgiving. "She's taking care of herself and is in a good place."
Nicole is still looking skinny, but we're happy that she really is gaining weight and getting healthy. More pics so just read more
If you are a celebrity, chances are you were out partying last night. Well, chances are you're probably out partying every night, but last night was especially eventful. While Ben, Leo and others were at the GQ Men of the Year Awards, Mark Ruffalo, Kirsten, Minnie, and Kristin came out to support a great charity called Oxfam, which works to overcome poverty around the world. The event was held at the Esquire House 360. Kirsten looks cozy next to her Eternal Sunshine co-star Mark Ruffalo. Hopefully Orlando and Mark's wife are not the jealous type!
