She's ready to move on and will not continue her part for the film's fourth version. She said, "I've been playing this girl since I was 17. I'm 21 now and I'm on to very different things." She would have never lasted in the Harry Potter series.

Love her or hate her (you obviously know where we stand), no one gives Britney the credit she deserves. The pop star is finally getting recognition for her recent comeback moves. The Daily Mail has uncovered the full details behind Britney's pop princess empire. Brit made sure that every single bit of her fortune was protected. She even tricked us with a fake wedding since the prenup was not in place. Here's more:

The event, on September 18, 2004, in the modest back garden of a friend's house in the Los Angeles suburb of Studio City, was meant to be the "real thing" but, with Federline yet to sign the pre-nup, a proper wedding could not go ahead.

So, with the paparazzi on her case, Britney decided to stage the "fake" wedding - and drew up a watertight contract to ensure the ceremony was not legally binding.

The pair were then married for real in a secret ceremony on October 6 - after Federline had signed the agreement that banned him from making any future claim against any assets his wife had prior to their marriage.

A source linked to the prenuptial negotiations said last night: "Everyone thinks Britney is this hick from Louisiana but, in reality, she is an extraordinarily astute businesswoman who has built herself into a global brand.

The stars stepped out for a Helio launch party in LA last night, and they look pretty excited to celebrate the new gadget, Drift by Samsung. We didn't think Helio could get much cooler but apparently it does - did you know you can read PopSugar on your Helio? We all know how much young Hollywood loves their handhelds, so it makes sense they dropped everything to support the new toy. Kate Walsh has been making the rounds at the parties lately and was at the bash, and so was Nick Lachey's little brother Drew. And who is the mystery lady with James Franco? Does he have a new girlfriend? Oh we hope not.

So much for the rumors that Beyonce and Eva Longoria will be kissing co-stars. Eva is now clearing up the reports saying they are all completely false, and that the two have no plans to make a movie together. In fact they just met last week at the L'Oreal event where they discussed the rumors themselves. People reports:

"Stop the madness" Longoria tells PEOPLE exclusively about the false reports that she and Knowles will play a couple in an adaptation of Sarah Waters's love story Tipping the Velvet. "Believe me, I would love to work with Beyonce one day. She's so talented. But this is definitely not something we are doing together. It's completely and absolutely not true."

Longoria says the rumor, which she has seen repeated on numerous Web sites and even on television, started about a week ago – before she had ever even met Knowles. Many of the false reports also alleged that Sofia Coppola had been tapped to direct the film.

"Beyonce and I just did the L'Oreal event a couple of days ago and we were like, 'What is the deal?'" Longoria tells PEOPLE. "What makes me crazy is that there are quotes out there, quotes from me saying it's true. But in fact it's not true. And (there are) quotes of Beyonce saying it's about time we had a female Brokeback Mountain. And we're like, we never said that."
