We thought the next thing that Kate would take on was a singing career, but it turns out that she's caught the acting bug instead. She's set to star in a Comic Relief special called Little Britain's Big Night on November 22. David Walliams, one of the show's actors, evidently talked her into it. He says,
"I've known Kate socially for a little while and she and Pete came to our show one night and liked it....So we thought, let's be cheeky and see if we can convince her and she was up for it. The thing about Kate is that she's funny in her own right so we think it'll be brilliant. It'll be a speaking role but I don't want to give too much away. When you see her and what she'll be wearing and doing, it'll be a big surprise."
He added: "Kate has natural comic talent. It's just that most people don't know it because they see her in pictures and beautiful people aren't allowed to be funny. But I know she's going to be great. It's a real coup and we're absolutely chuffed."

Katie is obviously gearing up for her wedding which is just about a week away with some last minute shopping in Beverly Hills. Meanwhile, speculation continues over the secret location where Tom and Katie are going to tie the knot. The Mission: Impossible star and his pretty fiancée won't be the first VIPs to visit [Castle Odescalchi]. The striking building, which dates back 800 years, has played host to numerous kings and popes in the course of its history.
I guess having two separate ceremonies is how Tom and Katie have decided to appease her parents who were adamant about their daughter having a Catholic wedding. Jen and Ben are the most adorable parents. They always look like they're having so much fun with Violet who is growing up so quickly. Ben seems like he's trying to hide Violet from the cameras, but she's not having it. We love that she's showing off that pretty little smile!

Nicole celebrated the environment early last night, but still had time to change her outfit and meet up with her on-again friend Paris on the dance floor at the Playstation party. I am simply amazed that these two were able to not be friends for so long. It's good to see that Paris is continuing to be such a good friend by making sure her BFF parties hard rather than works on gaining weight.

Nick celebrated his birthday a little early at the Snickers Satisfaction Sing-Off Contest. He was also on hand to judge the finalists in the competition for $25,000. Vanessa was not at the Snickers celebration but she's still very much a part of his life. Not only is it her birthday today too, but rumor has it that the couple are even talking about tying the knot. Nick doesn't, however, want another big wedding. Here's more:
The two are considering eloping, reports Life & Style Weekly. “He’s pushing for a quickie wedding, and promising a big ring,” according to the mag. Minnillo is eager to wed Nick, but she’s not yet completely sold on the idea of eloping, according to L&S, which says she was set on a “fairy-tale wedding with hundreds of guests” but may have her mind changed by the lure of an eight-carat diamond ring.

Britney sure does seem to be loving the single life. She's been out and about for the last couple days and is giving everybody plenty to talk about, including the father of her first husband, Jason Alexander.
