Brad and Angie may be sneaking away without the kids but wherever they go the cameras follow. In fact, even when they are gone the cameras are around. Brad's people are confirming that there has been some trespassing on his Hollywood Hills property. They are pressing charges against E! who claims that it was all a big mistake. Here's more:

"Yes, we have filed trespassing charges against E! and are exploring our legal options against both the crew that actually trespassed and the network itself," his rep tells PEOPLE.

The cable network, meanwhile, is denying any intentional wrongdoing. "E! Networks is investigating allegations that a producer and cameraman who were filming locations for a program about Brad Pitt went onto property last week that is reportedly owned by Mr. Pitt," according to a statement from the cable channel.

"E! Networks did not instruct or authorize anyone working on its program to improperly intrude onto private property, and the individuals involved have been terminated. While neither Mr. Pitt nor his family were at the property when the incident took place, the network in no way condones or encourages such behavior and would like to offer its most sincere apologies to Mr. Pitt and his family."

Britney took a baby break this weekend to go for a little go kart ride with Jamie Lynn and her boyfriend. K-Fed missed out on the action since he was out promoting his album. Unfortunetely looks like he's not doing a good job. Turns out some of his shows may be canceled due to poor ticket sales. Shocker! Page Six reports:

Our spies at Webster Hall say that so few $20 tickets have been sold for Federline's Nov. 4 show that "we may just cancel it. New Yorkers are clearly not fans of 'Popozao' [Federline's pathetic first single]." Britney Spears' hubby - who claims he is the most underrated person in Hollywood - should be used to rejection by now. We hear his Cleveland show was also canceled due to lack of interest.

Another weekend - another game for Tom and Katie to watch. The couple cheered on Tom's son at his football game along with some help from their good friend Jada Pinkett-Smith. Invitations are supposedly out for Tom and Katie's upcoming nuptials in Italy and now the gifts are pouring in. Apparently Nicole Kidman even sent a gift. Word is she hand wrote a note for the $2,800 Baccarat Crystal vase. Who knows if it's true, but we have a feeling she won't be attending the wedding, especially since she needs to stand by her man in need.

We are the biggest fan of a comeback but we never would have guessed that Whitney Houston would have done one so quickly. The singer dropped her bad habit and her dead beat (but hilarious husband) Bobby Brown and BAM - check her out. Ms Whitney came out for the 17th Annual Carousel of Hope Ball. The event is a benefit for juvenile diabetes where Clive Davis and Quincy Jones were also both honored. But Whitney was what everyone was really talking about. The girl glowed, looking happy and healthy and is clearly doing very well post-Bobby. Apparently Clive and Whitney are working on a big comeback album, and we're crossing our fingers that she sounds as good as she looks! Go Whitney!

So much for "rehab." Nicole is supposedly working on gaining weight but instead word is that she passed out at Hyde Saturday night. Blame it on dehydration, the time change - or a bad dealer, but someone needs to stop these young girls soon. First LL was acting all weird after a late night of partying and now her friend faints. Seriously, what's in their water? She was just seen dancing on tables last week and now this. TMZ reports

We're told it occurred just before 2 a.m., when Richie passed out and fell to the floor. An employee approached Richie and her friends and said he was calling 911. Sources say they told the employee not to make the call and that they would take Richie to a hospital. The friends then carried Richie out of the club through the back door. TMZ does not know if Richie went to the hospital.
