The countdown to the big Tom and Katie wedding is on. We knew Katie had a dress picked out but we heard it was Chanel - looks like Star got another one wrong. Turns out it's Armani and Georgio's working overtime to outfit the stars. He's dressed them before (remember Oprah's Legends Ball, see below). Here's more details according to WWD:

According to sources, Armani has designed five different outfits for Holmes for various events taking place on the wedding weekend.

An Armani spokesperson declined to comment Wednesday.

Last week in Paris, Holmes confirmed that she already has her wedding dress picked out, and she was also spotted in Milan, where Armani is headquartered.

Cruise and Holmes donned Armani at Oprah's Winfrey's Legends Ball in Santa Barbara in May 2005 and also during the international press tours for their films "Mission: Impossible 3" and "Batman Begins."

There certainly has been a lot of wedding buzz the past few weeks about these two. Looks like they are definitely planning something soon. Stay tuned....

We hear that one of our favorite couples Rachel and Adam have hit a rough patch, but we're crossing our fingers that this is just one big bad rumor. We so don't want to believe these two could be calling it off. The two were seen on the set of The OC but they kind of look all business to me. However, we're not going to think into it too much. At least we are finally seeing a picture of them together again.

BTW, it must be a little embarrassing having people take your picture after leaving the bathroom.

Jennifer Aniston is leaving Malibu and heading to Beverly Hills. I guess this means no more walks on the beach with her two cute doggies. But so what? Her new place sounds fantastic. Her Malibu pad is only 2 bedrooms, while her new place has 6! Four for her and one for each of her pups. Sounds like a great post NOT break-up gift for herself. Here's more about her new crib:

And also her first home since she and Vince didn't break-up! Still we wonder how she will cope not waking up on the beach. She loves her Malibu life. Maybe she'll head back next summer and in the meantime we bet she'll get her fix by hanging with BFF Courteney Cox.

J Lo and her mom woke up and spent some quality mother-daughter time on their patio at the Hotel Europe Villa Cortes in Tenerife, part of the Canary Islands. Marc Anthony will perform on the island on Thursday. Apparently we're going to get to see the couple's Long Island estate very soon. J Lo and Marc remodeled their NY home big time, and have agreed to let Vogue publish pics of their pad for the upcoming special issue. Sounds like it will be an interesting issue.

Rumor has it that Pete Doherty is having a hard time sticking to rehab. Maybe that's why Kate decided to take him away for a little weekend in the country recently. There's no better way to forget about partying then heading to the beautiful English countryside. Here's more:

First, Kate and Pete enjoyed lunch at a pub near Kate's Cotswolds' home...
Then they took a browse around some antique shops, all before zipping off in a vintage car (if you want the make, consult Top Gear or something).

It's a long way from the couple's old haunts of rawk music and drugs...

Too bad they didn't stay long. Pete's trip was cut short by another visit to court. At least this time he looked sober.

Everyday someone new is helping Africa. What a great trend! It's amazing the amount of celebrities who have come out to support various causes. Now Matt Damon has announced his latest venture. He wants clean water for Africa. We knew he had been working on charity events like the one where one lucky lady even got to kiss Brad but now we know more about Matt's latest do good deed. Matt Damon went to the Sahara Desert to scout locations for a movie about long-distance runners. But when he got there, he took on another project: helping bring clean water to Africa.

Damon and the production team behind the upcoming documentary "Running the Sahara" created a charity to accompany their filmmaking expedition in Africa, which gets under way this month.

During his preliminary visit to the continent, Damon, 36, said he "saw firsthand the effects of one of the largest public health issues of our time — the world water crisis which is at its worst in Africa."

Justin had a big day yesterday - he announced his US tour dates and showed off his William Rast clothing line with his BFF Trace. The event was supported by a ton of JT's celeb friends like Patrick Dempsey, girlfriend Cammie, JC, Paris, Nicky and many more. Justin chose to show off his Street Sexy clothes at Social Hollywood on Sunset Boulevard. And leave it to JT to put on a killer exclusive after-party. Here's more:

A runway and scores of bleacher seats were added to a section of Social Hollywood on Sunset Boulevard. Another part of the massive club was reserved for the exclusive after-party, including a performance by Timberlake, the 25-year old Grammy-winner whose second solo CD, "FutureSex/LoveSounds," was released in September.

The impressive guest list included Wilmer Valderrama, Eve and Timberlake's girlfriend, Cameron Diaz, who gave interviews and posed for pictures before taking their front-row seats. Other A-list attendees included Paris and Nicky Hilton, Maroon 5's Adam Levine and Patrick Dempsey, aka Dr. McDreamy from TV's "Grey's Anatomy."

When the show got started, David Bowie's "Rebel Rebel" blared as models with their hair styled into pompadours and makeshift mohawks previewed the spring 2007 collection dubbed "Street Sexy." Timberlake started William Rast less than a year ago with his childhood friend Trace Ayala. They named the brand after their grandfathers.
