LINDSAY Lohan is playing with fire. She's now decided to be best buds with her former nemesis Paris Hilton, and the two even had a sleepover in Las Vegas this weekend. On Saturday night, the terrible twosome arrived arm-in-arm to Michelle Trachtenberg's 21st birthday party at Tao and spent the night signing autographs for fans and whispering to each other. Then the ditzy duo retired to the $25,000-a- night Sky Villa at the Palms - for a pillow fight, no doubt.
Paris, they say to keep your enemies close, but that doesn't mean you have to share your jammies and your bed with them. Besides, we just think Paris and LL are not a good combo. Lindsay is only 20-years-old and she sure has a lot she wants to do in the next decade. One of those includes marriage and while she had us thinking a few short weeks ago that she might be engaged for the second time we know she is on a break with her summertime love Harry. Although she's known for going out, Lohan insists she's a homebody at heart. "Owning a house will make me very proud. I need a place to call home, to feel it's mine," she says (she's been living at L.A.'s Chateau Marmont). "I love to cook. My grandmother is Italian. I'm pretty practical. I'm a very domestic person."

First she did adopt, then she didn't now she has - pretty much. Madonna and Guy Ritchie have been given an interim adoption order for baby David Banda. This allows them temporary custody for 18 months. After that they will go through an evaluation process in the courts of Malawi. Nevertheless, the couple was reunited with the 13 month old in London after he flew in from Johannesburg, escorted by Madonna's entourage. Madonna is so elated about David that she's even thinking of adopting another child. Here's more:
After being allowed to take little David Banda home, the superstar [said]: 'It's so worth it. He's just the best baby ever. Guy and I have never been happier.'
And she has already got her eyes on a three-year-old girl from the same village as David. Describing the moment she saw her, she said: "I looked at this child with questioning dark eyes and the saddest smile. I thought, 'She looks just like me.' I told Guy, 'We must give this child a home, too.'"
Madonna has spoken about the possibility of adoption before. But intriguingly, Hello! magazine claims today that she had to overcome marital problems with Guy before going ahead with her Malawi plans.
"She wanted to wait until a rough patch in her marriage was smoothed over before she brought any more children into the situation," a relative of Madonna's in Michigan told Taraborrelli.

Americans for the Arts had their National Arts Awards last night, and new Uncle Jake took home a prize for the Young Artist Award for Artistic Excellence. It's looking like Matt was easily replaced with Robert Downey Jr. These guys clearly never think three's a crowd.
