Paris and her new man's ex, Shanna Moakler got into a fight last night at Hyde, and both have filed police reports. Paris says Shanna punched her in the face, and Shanna says Paris' pal Stavros pushed her down some stairs. I'm betting this all has a little something to do with Paris spending time with Travis. TMZ reports:

Elliot Mintz, Paris' publicist, tells TMZ that his client was at Hyde nightclub Wednesday night and at approximately 1:10 a.m. she says she was approached by Shanna, who allegedly began screaming obscenities at her. Hilton says at that point Moakler struck her in the jaw with a closed fist as she continued to shout profanities. Mintz says Moakler was restrained and several people helped Paris exit Hyde. Mintz says Hilton never touched Moakler.

Mintz and Hilton then went to the LAPD's Hollywood Division where she filed a police report, alleging battery.

We're told Moakler also went to the station to file a report against Paris' companion that evening, Stavros Niarchos, alleging that he poured a drink over her head. A source tells TMZ that Moakler alleges that Niarchos shoved her down some stairs.

After many rumors about a real life breakup, US Weekly is confirming that Vince and Jen have split. Apparently the two broke up a few weeks ago, and they were in fact engaged, despite Jen's denial. This is such sad news to hear - we were really rooting for these two and hoping the stories weren't true. Here's more:

A source close to Vaughn tells Us that the split happened just before the actor left for London to begin work on his holiday comedy, Joe Clause. “It’s not common knowledge, but we’re not together anymore,” Vaughn told the insider September 13, adding that they solidified the breakup in a long phone conversation. “We’ve split up.”

Confirms an Aniston pal: “They’re 100 percent done.”

Soon afterward, Vaughn, 36, canceled plans for Aniston, 37, to visit him in London for a September 23 party, says the source. What went wrong? Sources tell Us that the relationship began to unravel almost immediately after Vaughn’s June 27 proposal to Aniston.

Posh is looking fabulous in the November issue of Australian Harper's Bazaar. In the article, she talks about how she is done with music but starting a new hot clothing line and how her husband is literally a God in Japan. She said, “There is a temple there where the Japanese go to pray to a statue of David,” Beckham tells [the magazine]. “I know it sounds crazy but it’s true.” Crazy, but we believe it. People just love Becks! Posh is one lucky lady.

Heidi looks like she is ready to pop pretty soon, but that won't keep her off her feet. She is one of the hardest working pregnant women in Hollywood today. However, Heidi talks about her not so typical model body in an interview in Self Magazine. She said, "I just thought, 'You know, that's not who I am. I just don't look like that.' I never will be. I'm more big boned that way. I'm more curvy. And that's just the way it is. Now I don't really think about it." We think she sounds a bit crazy since she was back on the runway 6 weeks after her last kid looking fabulous.

We all know MK and Ashley are super close, and they've been attached at the hip while in Paris doing everything together from shopping to checking out the Dior show. Last week the twins were spotted at the airport where MK was no longer looking homeless, and now we hear they like to give each other massages too. Lowdown reports:

After holding up the line to search her purse for money, Mary-Kate fished out a $100 bill. Says the spy: "Ashley thanked her for paying, and Mary-Kate goes, 'Now you totally have to massage me during the flight.' Then they walked out of the Hudson News and up the escalator toward the United lounge. Ashley had both arms wrapped around MK's neck as they walked as one. There would have been less contact if they were running a three-legged race together."

Anna Nicole never ceases to surprise us. Like everyone else, we feel really bad for her these days since she lost her son, but we were genuinely happy for her when we heard the news last week of her marriage to her attorney and supposed father to her baby girl, Howard K. Stern. Now it seems as if the marriage may have been a ploy for more photography royalties from the gossip mags. It might not have been a wedding but a simple commitment ceremony. Radar is reporting that "a well-placed source in the celebrity magazine market says People paid Getty Images close to $1 million for photos." Here's more:

According to the source, Smith and Stern did not actually get married, as a report on Star magazine's website claimed, but merely held a commitment ceremony. "They clearly staged this as a money-making thing," adds the source. "They just decided to create another photo op." So why did People buy in? Perhaps because it got beat on the newsstand the previous week by In Touch, which shelled out a reported $400,000 for the last photos of Smith's son Daniel.

A story like this only makes you want to not feel bad for Anna Nicole anymore. It seems like things always have to do with money with her. We hope she is feeling better but let's hope all that money goes to some charity.
