• Kate Moss and Pete were reunited this week after Pete was released from rehab. But it's looking like Pete may have left rehab a bit too soon. First he and Kate get in trouble together in Ireland, and then Pete gets caught buying 2 syringes.
• Ms. Lohan started the week off by spending some time with Stavros to make Harry jealous. Harry's answer back was to confirm the he and LL really are on a break, but then we see them lunching at the Ivy. We don't know what to believe when it comes to these two anymore!
• It was another eventful week for Anna Nicole filled with both ups and downs. Her lawyer Howard K. Stern announced to the world he is the father to Anna Nicole's little baby girl. The two got married in the Bahamas, and finally learned the truth behind her son's tragic and sudden death.
• Ashlee officially became Roxie Hart in Chicago this week. Jessica traveled to the UK to watch her little sister's debut, but isn't feeling as good as Ashlee. The sadness from her divorce must finally be hitting her.

Derek Who? Finn what? McSteamy is back and looking hotter than ever. Oh Addison really screwed up this time. You wanted us to feel bad and to watch you wash away your sorrows by becoming a haggard drunk. It might have started to work until you screwed McSteamy. Ms. Lohan is so busy trying to keep us on our toes about whether she is or isn't dating Harry that she doesn't even have time for her thank you's. Apparently LL promised the man who found her Birkin full of $1 million in jewels a simple thank you, but the kind man has not yet heard from LL. Page Six reports:

Tom Webster, the driver who found the star's missing Hermes bag that was stuffed with $1 million worth of jewelry and her asthma medicine at Heathrow Airport earlier this month, says Lohan's London rep promised him a reward or a thank-you note from her - but so far, he's received neither.

Webster, who works for Reyka vodka, told Page Six: "They haven't gotten back to me. Not a word. She seems like a nice girl and she was pleased to get the bag back - it was full of diamonds and bracelets and necklaces. But it's really disappointing. I'd like to hear from her with maybe just a 'thanks very much.' Her people took my address and phone number and said they'd be in touch. I know these stars need a good looking-after, but she could have easily just spoke to me on the phone."

We did not even want to have to write about Avril spitting on a photographer since it so disappointed us but we can't avoid telling the tale now. We were excited to watch her transform from punk to chic, but now she's back to punk and acting out by rudely spitting on someone. TMZ reports:

Avril and her entourage then made their way to the safety of their SUV, where she rolled the window down and loaded up a liquid projectile in her mouth. Moments later, she displayed her masterful sharpspitting skills by hitting one photographer in the face while laughing hysterically and screaming, "bitch!"

Now Avril has issued an apology on her fan page. She said, "I'd like to sincerely apologize for my behavior with the Paparazzi. It's trying at best dealing with their insistent intrusions. I meant no offense to my fans, whose relationship I truly value. I have and will always go out of my way for my fans. My behavior was a reaction to the persistent attack from the paparazzi."

I get that all the cameras must be annoying, but there is never an excuse to spit at someone! It's just uncalled for. Looks like Avril is regretting it so maybe she'll remember to play nicer in the future.

Hyde is so 5 minutes ago... last night all the hottest celebs were at the grand opening of Hollywood's latest spot to be seen, Red Pearl Kitchen. Apparently taking a breather is the new engagement. Last year it was all about getting engaged but never actually setting a wedding date. Now everyone seems to be taking a breather. Eva and Tony are the latest couple to admit to having issues. Poor Eva has declared her love by wearing Tony's number on her jeans and jewelry. She has even spoke about how it won't be long before she leaves Hollywood to start a family. Now the news is coming out that they're having some problems, but they are not technically breaking up yet. People reports:

"Eva and Tony are going through a very difficult time right now, just like any other couple with extremely demanding careers," says Longoria's rep, Liza Anderson. However, a source close to Parker tells PEOPLE that Parker says rumors of a breakup are not true.

In April, Longoria told PEOPLE she is happiest when in a relationship. "There's no way in the world I would rather be single," she said. "Tony is too. I've said the only reason Tony and I are going to stay together forever is because we're too lazy to look for someone else."

Not sure that staying together because they are lazy is the best solution. These two sure were a cute couple so hopefully they can work it out.
