But cigarettes were all a Lowdown spy saw movie siren Kate Bosworth consume Saturday night during a dinner with seven friends at the East Village Brazilian restaurant Esperanto.
Seated at an outside table, the 23-year-old Bosworth's companions ordered and ate food while the waifish blond puffed and puffed. "She was wearing very tight jeans, revealing the fact that her legs were the same size as her pinky," the spy told Lowdown. "She looked miserable, especially noted from the look of death she was giving to anyone who looked in her direction."

It's official... Paris has a DUI on her record. The LA City Attorney filed the charges today. She may claim to never drink, but we all now know that was a lie. She admitted to having a margarita that night and her blood alcohol level was at .08. She'll most likely only receive probation or pay a fine and maybe attend some AA meetings. Hopefully Paris will learn her lesson and not drive too fast when she's starving and in desperate need of In-N-Out.
Ashton and Demi came out last night along with Tallulah to premiere Ashton's new animated movie Open Season. The threesome look cute but apparently there was no love for the family as they rushed down the green carpet. They received boos when they didn't stop to talk to the press. This one cute pic did come through and Ashton came back to play nice. After dropping off his wife and step-daughter, he returned to pose for the press.

The reviews are in and they're good. Ashlee's much anticipated debut in Chicago came last night in London at the Cambridge Theater. Apparently the pop star put on a fabulous performance and can actually sing live unlike her embarrassing moment on SNL last year. Way to redeem yourself Ash. Here's more:

Katie and Tom were doing their favorite thing this weekend. They watched Conner's football game after returning from Vegas. The couple couldn't have looked happier and Katie has every reason to be smiling. After showing off baby Suri she is now showing off her skinny body. Apparently she worked hard running and working out with a trainer to get back to her size 6 shape. Looks like all of that hard work paid off.
