So much for being celibate. Not only is Paris sharing her home with her old good friend Brandon Davis, but supposedly she is sharing her bed as well. Rumor is these two are actually together. We saw them kissing a month ago and they are always traveling together so it's possible they are more than friends and we can certainly understand why she wants to keep this relationship a secret. The Scoop reports:
Davis has been living with Hilton at her Hollywood Hills home since leaving rehab in July, according to the mag. He went into rehab after his infamous "fire crotch" quote was made public, although earlier this month he climbed on stage in Miami during Hilton’s record launch and used the same phrase with regards to Lohan.
“His family is selling their home, so Brandon’s been shacking up with Paris at her place off the Sunset Strip,” an “insider” tells L&S. “All his clothes, his toiletries and even some of the artwork he owns.”
But the arrangement is reportedly more than temporary. Says the source: “They’re hooking up, but she doesn’t want anyone to know about it. It’s being kept very hush-hush.”

What a pleasant surprise to see pictures of Kate Winslet. I feel like we have not seen her since Finding Neverland, which seems like it was years ago. Lucky for us we will start to see more of her. Kate is in All the King's Men with Sean Penn and Jude Law. The movie will be one of the many exciting films screened at the Toronto International Film Festival in a few weeks. Kate is confirmed to attend so hopefully we'll get to see more of her soon.

Nick and Vanessa really are cross country lovers. The two jetted off together from LAX to NYC yesterday after Nick attended and won at the Teen Choice Awards. The lovebirds were also supposedly in Santa Barbara over the weekend too. Hopefully we'll get some good pics of the couple like their last hot trip to New York. Stay tuned...

Turns out being first does not always make you a winner. FOX premiered its new fall programs before any other networks, but America must still be on vacation. Prison Break ratings were down 11 percent from last year's premiere. Not good people. Come on, do you want Wentworth to be canceled? If you missed Prison Break last night, download it now because it was certainly full of surprises and you don't want to miss out on this show.

The ladies love Wilmer. Here he is with both Jessica's. Apparently he spent a lot of time with Ms Simpson at Hyde this weekend. He even escorted her to her car when she left that evening. We know the two are friends and he may have even dated Ashlee at one point so let's hope nothing else is going on with these two. As for Alba and Wilmer, they clearly look like buddies. Alba was just at the Teen Choice Awards with her main man Cash so no rumors need to start from these pics. Maybe he is recruiting the sexy starlets for his latest project, Partybuddys. It's all about getting into the hottest clubs in town.

Paramount is, like, so over Tom Cruise. They are ending a 14 year relationship between themselves and Tom's production company "citing the actor's controversial and sometimes erratic behavior of the past year." The WSJ reports:
Paramount now believes that Mr. Cruise's behavior hurt the box office of his most recent film, "Mission: Impossible III." Now, Mr. Redstone said he wants to sever the studio's connection to its biggest star.
"As much as we like him personally, we thought it was wrong to renew his deal," Mr. Redstone said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. "His recent conduct has not been acceptable to Paramount."
A spokeswoman for Cruise/Wagner Productions declined to comment.
After being contacted by the Wall Street Journal, Mr. Cruise's representatives presented a different version of events. They said that Mr. Cruise's production company had decided to set up an independent operation financed by two top hedge funds, which they declined to name. Paula Wagner, Mr. Cruise's partner in the company, said such an arrangement represented a new business model for top actors prominent enough to take advantage of the flood of money coming into Hollywood from Wall Street.
Wow. It's the end of an era for Cruise. I like that Cruise's people spun it that he has another master plan, but I wonder if this will tame his recent behavior or only make it worse? How will Katie fall out of this mess? Who exactly are the financiers who want to back Cruise now? So many questions.
