Paris landed a spot in the 2007 Guinness Book of World Records, but I'm guessing she doesn't love the reason they are featuring her. She won the crown as the Most Overrated Person. The book chose it's winner based on reader polls where readers consistently voted Paris their least favorite and most overrated celeb. Congrats to Paris!

Hilary Duff is in NYC to promote her new movie and music video. I had no idea Duff even had a new album coming out. We've heard non-stop about Jessica, Christina, Janet, Beyonce, and even Paris' new albums, but not Hilary. Needless to say we were shocked she went on TRL today - the same time as Christina. That's just poor planning on her people's behalf. Anyway, she debuted her new single, Playing with Fire. She left TRL and headed directly over to Letterman. Here she is coming and going all day yesterday.

Take a look at her new video. Considering all the competition out there these days I am disappointed with what Duff put together. I will say that she is doing a great job of transitioning from teen star to young Starlet very well.

What is going on here with Nicole Richie and Brody Jenner? I bet they are just "friends" but it is an interesting combo. Could it just be a nice way to play with the press? Brody and Kristin just broke up and the last time they took a break she ended up on the cover of US with Nick Lachey. Maybe now it's Brody's turn to get the cover. He sure is pretty enough to sell magazines.

Beyonce stopped by London's BBC Radio One studio to promote her new album, B'Day. The CD will be released in Europe on September 4th, which just happens to be Beyonce's 25th birthday. It will be released in the US the following day. In other Beyonce news, she leads in nominations for Music of Black Origin Awards, aka MOBO, with four. The ceremony airs on BBC September 20th. Sounds like September is going to be huge for B...maybe a wedding is in the works also!

Everyone seems to have a creepy Cruise story these days so we thought we would bring you another. Most recently Tom has been weirding people out by hiding Suri, but it seems his strange behavior has been going on for a very long time. He even scared Yankee legend Joe DiMaggio in the mid-90's. Here's more:

"He'd show up at baseball-signing shows and wait for Joe to come out," says the source. "One time, he waited outside a restaurant for him for three hours. [DiMaggio] called him 'a short little guy.' He didn't like it. He felt like he was stalking him. Joe said to me, 'This guy is following me around everywhere I go,'" says our spy. "'Next time, I'm going to call the cops.'"

I'm sure Tom has a reason for wanting to meet Joe so badly. Maybe he was researching for a role or something. Poor Tom already has such a complex about his height and now this story comes out about the short little guy. Check out Tom and Katie leaving Beckham's soccer game the other day. He's all smiles as he somehow manages to always look taller than his fiance. I wonder how they work that magic.

Ben turns 34 today and is finally showing his maturity. He is so excited about his new roles in life as husband and father. He is also about to make some sort of comeback in his new movie, Hollywoodland. Expect to hear more about parenting and the women in his life as he begins to promote his new film. Here's more on the dad's new life:

"I love being a father," the actor, who turns 34 on Tuesday, said. "It's wonderful. It's changed my life. It all sounds like platitudes and clichés, and that's because they're the truth."

He's even proving his babysitting skills with Violet, his 8-month-old daughter with wife Jennifer Garner, 33. Just a few days ago, he said, Garner left him in charge of the baby – but first explained how to feed her.

"(Jennifer said,) 'You take the peaches in the thing and you stir that up and you put that in with a little oatmeal and then put that in with a little bit of the crushed pears.' Then she looked at me and said, 'In all seriousness, is this too complicated?' That's my wife."
