Nicky Hilton was in South Beach to promote her latest project, a line of hotels. The Nicky O hotel-condo will be very different from any current Hilton hotels that you may know. Nicky already has a successful purse line and clothing line.... could she be the next Trump as well? Here's more:

The younger of the high-profile sisters says this will not be like her family’s chain of Hilton Hotels. She has licensed her name to the “Nicky O”, a condo-hotel concept being built on South Beach’s Ocean Drive. It will be tailored to her tastes. And living in a building with star power such as this one doesn’t come cheap, with units ranging from $500,000 to $7 million.

Christina and Britney are no longer pop rivals. The two have patched things up by exchanging wedding and baby gifts. Christina insists she's absolutely thrilled for Britney's success and there's no longer a feud between the two girls now that they're all grown up. Here's more from Christina:

"She got me a really beautiful crystal vase and a little crystal bucket that you can put drinks and champagne in (when I got married). "And when she had her baby, I sent over a huge baby basket. I didn't know whether it was a boy or a girl yet, so I sent over just something really sweet, something cute."

• JT got sweaty at the House of Blues in LA to an A-list, sold out crowd. LL must have been so sad JT banned her from attending this hot party. Sounds like a smart move, but then we learn from Grandma that JT isn't mature enough to get married.
• Kate Moss has been wearing what looks like an engagement ring, but both Pete and Kate deny they're engaged. No one knows for sure if these two are engaged. All we really know is these two love to party and Pete loves his crack.
• LL flashes a nice shot of her side boob, has a fun night with her mom in a dirty hotel room and what looks to be like jack and coke, and we see some suspicious behavior with Demi. But LL swears she's cleaning up her image.
• Kate Hudson and Chris shock the world and confirm they are separating. Could the split have something to do with the Owen factor? Now that Kate is an US Weekly cover girl Jen can offer her some good advice on breakups and hookups. Fingers are crossed for some double date pics in the future.
• Nicole swears she is not anorexic and lashes out at photographers. She's just enjoying the last couple weeks of summer hanging out with Brody Jenner. The two of them are cute and fun, not like the disappointing Simple Life finale.

Be prepared people. K-Fed is going all out on Sunday for his debut performance on the Teen Choice Awards. He says he's not nervous about performing and he even has a few tricks up his sleeve. I would be shocked if Britney was his trick since she is giving birth to their second child in a month, but that would be pretty amazing if she came out of hiding and went on stage with Kevin. I'm not freaked out at all, man. There ain't no way. I'm ready. It's going to be incredible. I've got a few tricks up my sleeve here and there.

Why are you going public now as a performer?
It was (the) right time, right moment. I've been getting people ready, I think, you know. Now I think they're ready. I'm ready. I've been getting ready myself. It’s taken me a year almost. I mean I’m ready to perform, my music is ready to be heard. Everything. Just ready to step out and do it.

What are you going for with your performance?
I think I'm going to go for the Oh-my-God factor. That's what I'm aiming for.

Does it hurt when people link you only to Britney?
Not really, no. I'm glad that people link me to Britney. That’s my wife. That’s my family.
