Elle Macpherson is saying Heidi stole her name and she is pissed. Elle has been known as "The Body" ever since Time magazine gave her the name for their cover story in 1986. In fact, Elle's skin-care line is called "Elle Macpherson The Body." She can't believe Heidi is claiming it's her name while promoting Victoria's Secret's new bra. The battle for the body is on! This week, Klum has been claiming the title for herself in a saturation Victoria's Secret ad campaign for The Body bra. "They call me The Body — and now I have a bra named after me," the German hottie claims in TV commercials.

But not so fast, Fräulein Klum!

"We saw that and were like, Oh my god!" Elle Macpherson Intimates spokeswoman Melissa Edwards told Lowdown yesterday. "We were initially flabbergasted."

Elle's flack, Edwards, invoked the 1986 Time cover and added: "We have numerous press clippings in the office referring to her as 'The Body.' Everything from Harper's Bazaar to Vogue to the recent Sports Illustrated calls her that. In terms of public record, that name belongs to Elle."

Macpherson markets her own skin-care line, "Elle Macpherson The Body," along with a lingerie brand and a fitness video titled "The Body Workout." Klum — who was once called "The Body Two," in deference to Elle — is a relative Heidi-come-lately, and didn't hit the United States until the late 1990s. Both Klum and Macpherson have been favorites of the Sports Illustrated annual swimsuit issue, and both appeared in the mag's latest.

Jen Garner passed out from the extreme heat while in Arizona filming Kingdom. The news remained under the radar but as soon as Ben found out he rushed to her side. What a good husband. Here's more:

A set source says, "She overexerted herself." The ALIAS actress, 34, was taken to hospital while frantic aides tried to get in touch with her husband, who flew from Massachusetts to the desert as soon as he heard the news. Garner was released the next day and spent time relaxing with her concerned husband before returning to the film set.

Dina Lohan claims to have an Apprentice-like talk show in the works. Of course no networks have picked up her show yet but she is still working it. Apparently all of LLs friends call her "The White Oprah" since all the kids come to her for advice. Now that's a scary thought. Here's more from Star:

“I have a talk show in the works,” ravishing Dina told Star ‘s David Caplan during an interview at NYC’s Tainted Blue recording studios, where daughter Ali, 12, was recording tracks to her holiday-themed album Lohan Holiday, to be released by YMC Records on Oct. 10. “It’s more of an Apprentice-y, game show-y thing. I would host it and co-produce it. It’s a good heartwarming show. It’s nothing trashy. We’re not going to follow dates to bars and see what happens, or anything like that. But it’s a girl-empowered, woman show. I would only do something that would help other people, because that’s just who I am and how I was raised.”

But is it a reality show? “I don’t want to say that word, but it is about real people,” Dina says, without explaining much more about the show.

The show, Dina adds, will not be a one-time deal, though: She plans to have it run multiple seasons. Although the show hasn’t been picked up by a network yet, Dina’s ready to kick it into gear when it gets snapped up: “We’re shopping it around to networks now, but we’re ready to go.”

Dina tells Star she has the gift to gab — and daughter Lindsay seconds that — so hosting a TV show is a natural move. “I love to talk,” Dina tells Star. “Lindsay’s friends call me ‘The White Oprah’ because they all come to me with their problem. I’m like the mom of these kids in the business!”

• Another day, another divorce. This time it's one of our favorite old sitcom stars, Alfonso Ribeiro. Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, is separating from his wife of 4 years. He is citing irreconcilable differences, and is seeking joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter. - AP
• Richard Hatch hates jail however it's giving him time and ideas for the book he is writing. If he gets lucky enough to make another mil lets hope he learned his tax lesson - E! Online

Paris' pet kinkajou, Baby Luv, bit her on the arm while the two were playing. Her publicist drove her to the emergency room where she was treated at 3 am. Paris got a tetanus shot and was released. You know, there's a reason why owning exotic animals is not encouraged, and in fact illegal. Paris seems to be fine now. Here she is looking completely healed for a dinner at Koi the following evening.

Courteney Cox and Tim Allen Zoom into theaters this weekend with a family fun comedy. We think it's great that Courteney is doing a variety of projects. This is one woman you won't see in the same romantic comedy over and over again. In this movie she plays a nerdy scientist, earlier this summer she was a voice in that animated movie Barnyard and soon she will return to the small screen as a tabloid journalist in a show called Dirt. We can't wait for that one. Here's what Courteney had to say about it,

"I'm actually about to go back to television and do a dramatic series for FX called 'Dirt' which is great. I love it. It's great," she crowed. "I play an editor of a tabloid. It's really kind of a dark, salacious, sexy soap opera. Ian Hart plays my paparazzi. It's a really fantastic series. We were just producing it and then I read the script when it finally came in and I just said, 'I have to do this!'"

It sounds like she will be perfect for the role!
