Stephanie Pratt hit the beach for a photo op in San Diego yesterday. It looks like she's been taking a page out of her older brother Spencer's guidebook since she posed and pranced around in her very revealing cutout suit. While Steph did have friends around, she hit the shower solo unlike Heidi and Spencer are known to — perhaps Stephanie needs a partner in crime too. At least this time she avoided any wardrobe malfunctions as she continued her streak of bikini beach sessions while the paparazzi snapped away.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck both dropped Violet off at school yesterday and brought Seraphina along to pick her up later in the afternoon. The routine is back to normal for Ben and Jennifer after their months in Boston, and soon she'll be reporting to work on the set of Valentine's Day with Bradley Cooper and Julia Roberts. Hopefully filming won't take up too much of Jennifer's Summer since it's the best season for all the local farmers markets she and her girls love to visit.

Kellan Lutz and AnnaLynne McCord were both spotted in LA on Tuesday night, heading to a party at Mel's Diner. The former flames are supposedly back together, though Kellan stuck to his friends while AnnaLynne had her sister by her side. Back in January the twosome had no problem being seen together, but maybe now they're trying to keep a lower profile as their stars continue to rise.

Ryan Phillippe ran errands in LA on Tuesday with Ava and his little Eagles fan Deacon. He had lots of time with his kids while Reese was off filming in DC, and now it's his turn for a new project. Ryan's rumored to be in talks to star in a big screen adaption of the SNL skit MacGruber, the latest in a long line of movies that started as sketches on the show. His last few roles have been pretty dramatic, so this could be a good chance for Ryan to flex his comedic chops.
