Tom Cruise and Suri stopped by CBS studios in LA yesterday to watch Katie Holmes film her much-anticipated cameo for So You Think You Can Dance. She's been working for months to get in shape for her special appearance, and she polished off her look for the big performance with a brand new set of extensions — though she kept her hair shorter than the last time she sported a set. While you're not all enthusiastic about her appearance, it is supposed to air on July 8 for the show's 100th episode but may be pushed earlier since the news was leaked.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz took baby Bronx clothes shopping on Saturday in Jessica's Newlyweds hometown of Calabasas, CA. Later, Pete joined his friend John Mayer out at the clubs, but thankfully stayed out of any obnoxious late night antics. There were rumors of rockiness between Pete and Ashlee last week but everything looks like business as usual for the young parents and their cutie son who apparently has a lot to say to the world already.

Robert Pattinson looked a little less smiley on the set of Remember Me in NYC this morning. Yesterday he got absolutely mobbed as he tried to film all day long, which is a far cry from his work on the ultra high security and secretive set of New Moon in Vancouver. Robert is no stranger to screaming fans, but something about the scene in Manhattan seemed particularly overwhelming yesterday as some girls even got through his multiple bodyguards to throw their arms around his neck. The multiple Teen Choice Award nominee has managed to stay professional despite the mayhem around him as gets to work in the big city, which for him must seem like it's teeming with screaming girls.
