Before Lindsay and Ali Lohan got dolled up to celebrate Armani Exchange last night, they were out for another afternoon of sisterly bonding in LA. Lindsay led the way to the studio with a smile on her face and water bottle in hand. Time will tell if there's any truth to the rumors that Lindsay's family wants her to go back to rehab, but for now her mom and sister seem to be providing plenty of support around the clock, and even her exes are sending their well wishes.

Whitney Port flashed a smile on her way into an LA gym yesterday. She's home in California during her hiatus from The City, and some big changes are apparently in store when her series returns. She's said to have left Diane von Furstenberg after being passed over for a promotion and gone back to work with Kelly Cutrone at People's Revolution. Also, her on-off boyfriend Jay may not return since his bandmate is making him choose between their group and the show. Whit's former costars from The Hills are currently keeping us amused with their antics — even if there is no Heidi and Spencer wedding in the works — but it sounds like The City will be full of plot twists when it comes back to MTV.

Christian Bale's daughter Emmeline held on tight to dad as they headed in to gymnastics class in LA yesterday. Bale seems to make sure he spends as much quality time with his daughter as possible while he's not tied up filming or promoting around the world. With two Summer blockbusters coming up, one place Christian Bale doesn't need any help getting support is round one of the PopSugar 100. He is handily beating Mary-Kate Olsen, but we'll have to wait and see if he fares as well when he's up against the winner of Ben Affleck vs. Charlize Theron.

In today's installment of Gwyneth Paltrow's e-newsletter GOOP, she
cites an instance in which she discovered that a friend was "pretty hell-bent" on taking her down, causing that person to become her frenemy. The pal ultimately suffered a very public humiliating incident — and many are speculating that Gwyneth was not-so-discreetly referring to Winona Ryder's arrest and trial for shoplifting. We're taking a look back at the friendship between the two women, and wondering if you guys think that Winona is the friend behind Gwyneth's unfortunate tale.
